金伯利格蘭德飯店(The Kimberley Grande Resort)

Went here last night for dinner, food average , absolute bun fight at the bar waiting for drinks , seems locals get served first regardless if they were next or not , very disappointing for the tourists waiting & waiting only to be more or less ignored , eventually got our drinks but not a very nice experience

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was lovely with pool towels provided, and there was a free airport shuttle. However there were many things that weren't so favourable. The majority of staff were unfriendly and unhelpul. Office hours were limited as too were the restaurant and bar hours. The hairdyer in our room had seen better days and out of our two bath towels one was plush and the other extremely old and thin. It wouldn't take much to improve this accommodation - better customer service (even a smile would help) would be a great start.

The staff were pleasant, the rooms comfortable and spacious, however the restaurant is not good! Entre and mains came out together, both cold! The lamb chops were very Rare, not medium rare, and tasted like they had been thawed in water! The waitress couldn’t understand what I was trying to say about it!

We enjoyed our stay in your resort ,staff where very accommodating and very pleasant .Our room was very clean ,the pool was excellent ,regards Marg and Craig

Stayed at the hotel with friends 2 rooms. My friends room was broken into while he was sleeping. The police arrived and woke him up from inside his room. I was across the courtyard in another room. I woke up to a ruckus when the sane group broke into the room next door to me. Guests were in both rooms at the time. The management said it happens all the time. We don't have insurance. Cost of your stolen goods is your problem.

As Kununurra locals, we have become regular after work drinks customers and often stay on for meals. The Fijian staff are the reason that this is our local. So sad to hear that these staff have been let go with such short notice. I can’t imagine how you will replace them with staff who deliver the same level of customer service.

Restaurant was heaving with coach people. Lovely staff but the curry is my main reason for writing this review. It was possibly the worst curry I have ever tasted. Sinew, and tendons in abundance. The chunks of meat that i could swallow were very tasty though. This was on the special board too hence my reason for trying it. Hubby had a steak and his was fine although he tried to switch up the veggies for roast veggies that were also on the menu but they wouldn't accommodate. I choose the resort over the pub to get good quality food, how wrong was I. We will not be going back
