nice hotel clean and comfortable. wifi is fast but with limitation in mb. we ran out of internet in the middle of the night. haha. so it is really not unlimited free wifi. breakfast is with limited option. i would rate this hotel a fair one.

Amazing staff with great reception. The dinner set was simple amazing. Try their Jollof. Very responsive to guests needs. The Wi-Fi was back on in a short time after going down. I planned spending just one night but ended up sleeping for two nights whiles still contemplating on adding another night. Easy to get to the town Center. Highly recommend.

I first visited this property in 2021 scouting locations for my Agency group trips. Once I entered, I knew instantly this would be my choice for my 2023 and all future groups. From my first initially conversation until I arrived with my group, the communication was professional and very timely. The hospitality of the owner as well as the staff was AAA. I highly recommend Fredrick's Lodge!!!!!! This is a MUST stay when visiting Kumasi. You will not be disappointed. I'm in the process of sending several people to this property as I type. I'll be back with my next group in 2025.

Very beautiful space, spacious, airy and very quiet loved my stay here. Whenever I happened to be in Kumasi I’m definitely coming back. The staff were very welcoming and very serviceable… The interior is really nice.

I enjoyed the serenity and staff friendliness. The money spent was not wasted at all. Everything worked perfectly in the lodge . I most definitely am visiting again and recommending Frederick’s Lodge to anyone visiting Kumasi .

The best customer service you could ever want. The overall staff is attentive, they smile everything is very well thoughtout for your comfort. They have lived up to their tagline, a home away from home. I will recommend everyone if you want that princess, and kingly treatment then look no further than Fredrick's Lodge.

The hotel has all the basic requirements of a hotel. Nice room, friendly staff, and good food. They however need to keep the pool clean. It is quite close to the Kumasi Mall and the Airport, and it is located in a very safe place. I recommend it for anyone making a short trip to Kumasi

Nice hotel with a very attentive staff. It is close to the Kumasi mall in case there is something you forgot. A good value for the money spent. That sums up my experience, but Trip Advisor won't let me post this until I get 200 characters, so I'll add this little bit too!

We had a great and relaxing stay at Frederick's Lodge. Thank you Kofi, Chris and the entire staff! Everyone was attentive to our needs, helpful and so very pleasant. Our room, bed and bath were comfortable and spacious. The a/c worked well. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice variety every day --A+ for sure; best morning buffet we have experienced at a hotel-- the puff puff's were to die for : ) I can't forget the rooftop lounging area that has nice views of Kumasi and was a great place to start or end the day. We'd definitely lodge at Frederick's again!

This cozy place is just as beautiful as the pictures show you. I spent a night here and will definitely be back. My room was lovely, sleeping on the bed felt like being on CLOUD 9 and the professionalism of your stuff, especially Baffour, is TOP notch. Keep it up.

Very cute hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel is very nicely decorated with elegant decor. The staff were highly attentive, even remembering how I like my coffee at breakfast. I will come back on my next trip. Thank you!

Stayed here for about a week in February 2025. The hotel is walkable to the Kumasi City Mall, but not to many other establishments. As a result, I took all my meals in the hotel restaurant. Menu was limited, but generally good. Breakfast was usually to-order--a nice selection--but they had a buffet when they had a lot of guests (which was n't the case most days). Biggest plus was the staff: I found them all to be extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the cleaners to the waitstaff to the guards. Biggest minus was probably the gym: Both treadmills were broken, so the only cardio equipment was a basic stationary bike. Rooms were well-appointed and clean; I even had a balcony. There is a nice rooftop bar, but it doesn't seem to be in operation. It is a nice place to sit to get some air. Wifi had a few issues when I was there, but staff worked hard to fix the issues as they arose. When it was up, it was fast. You lose connection when the generator kicks in/out, but it comes back in a few minutes. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kumasi!

The coziest and coolest Ghanaian owned hotel. The services and everything was on point. The best I've seen in Ghana. Keep it up. From arrival to departure, you are treated like a King. As a lecturer in hospitality I found their services exemplary.
