接着前一條,我覺得需要説明一下停車問題。我們是自駕出遊,因為入住比較晚和匆忙,當天前台並未説明如何停車繳費,第二天到前台詢問,前台回覆説出場直接繳費5馬幣,但是我們刷touch and go(類似於香港八達通)一下子扣了40馬幣。衹得再次去問前台,前台的人才進一步解釋説,需要在車輛離開前將信用卡或者touch and go 拿到前台驗證,驗證後車輛停車費主動調整為5馬幣。針對之前因為人員回覆不同導致我們多付款的35馬幣,酒店以停車場是第三方管理和以經扣費為由則沒有處理措施,衹説了一句sorry!令人難以接受。差不多預算來吉隆坡推薦住雙子塔旁邊君悦。
