Anak sy setahun plus, masa check in sihat, satu malam je dh start sakit2, maybe sebab kurg bersih, atas katil ada rambut, mcm xbasuh. xtahu lah mna dpt penyakit kolam ke bilik ke kidszone ke, pdhal stay weekdays, xramai org ,ingatkan selamat lah dri kena virus. pihak hotel kna improve lg bab kebersihan, tlg lah pantau bilik sebelum bg org masuk. playground pn tlg la bersih kerap2 sikit. tapi,waterpark dgn kidszone nice, kalau anak dh besar xpe kot, yg bwh dua tahun je kena hati2 sikit.

我们只住了一晚，因为第二天早上5点就要开车去金马伦高原，所以想在这里稍作停留。房间还不错，浴室虽然老旧但还可以，满足我们的需求。酒店离爱极乐收费站很近，也符合我们的要求。

Very convenient interms of location wise. Very decent facilities

As a frequent hotel traveler, I would rate my 4 days and 3 nights stay here as my worst experience so far. This hotel is simply not worth the price you pay. I was charged RM220+ (after using a trip voucher) for a standard room with two breakfasts, but what I received was very disappointing. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. Very Slow Shower Water Pressure The shower pressure was so weak that I literally had to shower with my face close to the wall. I complained, and after the technical staff checked, they said the issue was because all third-floor rooms were occupied. The problem persisted throughout my entire stay, from day one to day four. Staff admitted, “There is nothing we can do,” even if I changed rooms. 2. Poor TV Channel Availability The hotel only offered a few TV channels (fewer than MYTV). Unfortunately, TV3 was unavailable during my stay. The front desk said it was due to an antenna problem but gave no timeline for repair. For four days, I was limited to TV1, TV2, and DidikTV. 3. Outdated Room Setup The room setup is outdated, with old-fashioned cabinets and tiled flooring, giving it more of a budget guesthouse feel rather than a proper hotel at this price. 4. Room Phone Not Working The room phone was completely unusable. Despite complaints, the technical staff couldn’t fix it, and I had to use my personal handphone for all communication with the front desk. 5. Breakfast Disappointment The breakfast was far below expectations for this price range. There were no pastries like croissants, no coffee machine, no real juice, and the cereal was of very poor quality. 6. Waterpark The waterpark looks outdated, like something from the 90s. Even the “longest slide” is only suitable for children aged 6–9. 7. Kid Zone The kid zone was very basic, with only a slide and a small ball pool. Quite boring and not engaging for kids. 8. Extra Activities (ATV, Archery, etc.) These activities are not included and come with an extra charge. For example, ATV for adults is RM60 for just 30 minutes. Overall Verdict This hotel is really not worth the money. With RM220+ per night, you can easily find better hotels in Malacca with kid-friendly water parks and better facilities. Based on my experience, this hotel should be priced at no more than RM150 per night.

雖然看起來有點舊，但房間和飯店都很乾淨。房間的拖鞋太薄了，穿不了。被人們推床/椅子的聲音打擾。從上面可以看到，但我們的客房位於頂部。訂了一個遠離電梯的房間。 空調好冷啊我喜歡👍 沒有面巾沒有手巾。額外的浴巾需加收 RM10。熨斗不是蒸氣熨斗，但好吧。輕的。黃色的光非常暗淡。頭痛。  沒吃早餐所以不要評論。 有禮貌且樂於助人的員工。

家庭如果 5 與 2A 3K。該酒店以前稱為布蒂度假村。入住順利。雖然飯店名字是Amverton，但我知道那是Puteri Resort，因為以前在這裡講課。 評價：入住、退房順利 大堂——不錯。巨大的。 房間：標準還可以。但會知道這是一家老酒店 早餐：還不錯，馬來西亞菜和西餐的種類很少。 *額外收取了兩張水上樂園門票，我覺得飯店不應該收取費用。 （房間內已包含 2 個）。感覺就像是帶有兒童滑梯的普通游泳池。就這樣。

儘管酒店有點舊，但我很欣賞它的乾淨程度。我的房間非常乾淨，陽台也很乾淨。飯店週邊環境也維護得很好。我遇到的所有員工都非常樂於助人且友好。成人或兒童游泳池維護良好且清潔。感謝泳池工作人員將孩子的安全放在首位。
