it was just for a refreshing stop spot

I wanted to share my recent experience staying at the Oasis Guest House, which I booked through your platform. Upon arrival on April 7th, 2024, around 4 p.m., my friend and I encountered an issue with check-in. Despite our timely arrival, there was nobody at the reception, and we had to wait an unusually long time to secure our room. This delayed start to our stay was certainly inconvenient and set a disappointing tone for our visit. Furthermore, once we were finally settled into our room, we were dismayed to find that the accommodations did not meet our expectations. The room was uncomfortably hot, and despite our request for an air-conditioned room, we were informed that none were available. This lack of a basic amenity greatly detracted from our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. Based on our experience, I sincerely advise against booking a stay at the Oasis Guest House. While I understand that issues can arise in any accommodation, the combination of poor service and inadequate facilities made our visit less than satisfactory. Thank you for considering my feedback. 這個地方真的太糟糕了。公平地說，房間和廣告一樣——小而基本。所以沒有什麼驚喜或抱怨。投訴如下： 1. 抵達後，我被告知我預訂的房間已滿，無法使用。給出的理由是這樣的房間只有一間，客人決定延長房間。道歉是“超出我們的控制”。解決辦法是我花更多的錢換一個房間。在等待那個房間時，另一位客人到達了，他預訂了與我相同的房間，也被告知該房間不可用。有趣的是，如果這些房間一開始就只有一間，那麼他們為什麼要接受多次預訂呢？！ 2.這個地方有貓的臭味。那真令人噁心。大樓裡沒有多少窗戶可以通風，賓館看起來或感覺都不干淨。所以一直有一股難聞的貓味。這很噁心。 3. 顯然整個旅館只有 1 個空調遙控器，所以接待處保留了它，您必須隨時詢問是否需要更換。晚上還挺煩人的。 4.浴室發霉了而且不太乾淨。總的來說，這是我在任何賓館/旅館住過的最糟糕的經歷。

The hotel are not so bad. but the staff guy he is so lazy to do his work. its "AHMED" his name asked to change cheet metrad and pillows but he didn't do it after he say yes,and he cheated 5Rm for the room every day to his pocket from us we know the real price later.He still run out many times for his gray business not stand at work. He treated the guest like we are there for free room ha ha. He takes care only the guest who supports his business. I don't know why landlord of hostel still keeping him therefore!!! I have been there 2 times this year but still the same not thing better. Only the wall is changed to be nice...!!
