L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé pour qui veut profiter du quartier de Bintang et de sa Street food. La chambre est propre si l'on ajuste ses standars à ceux de Kuola Lumpur. Comparé aux rues secondaires insalubres de ce quartier et aux égouts mal canalisés qui refluent des odeurs souvent infectes, l'hôtel Red Velvet pourrait presque revétir des allures de havre de paix.... Mais pour ça il faudrait que les vociférations et clacages de portes des autres résidents ne commencent pas souvent à 7h00 du matin pour se terminer quelques fois vers 1:00 du matin. Cependant, l'hôtel Red Velvet a toujours des solutions et un personnel qui, toujours comparé aux standars de cette ville, reste sympathique et à l'écoute. On nous a proposé une autre chambre, nous permettant ainside mieux profiter de la fin de notre séjour. Tout est bien qui finit un peu mieux!

This is a budget hotel, and the quality matches the price. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and just steps away from the Jalan Alor night market. I had originally booked a room with a window but was given one without. The cleanliness was not perfect, but when I pointed out that the bed sheets were dirty, they immediately changed my room without any issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
