Otroligt bra service och trevlig personal! Fanns alltid tillgängliga att ringa och stå till tjänst. De fixade även taxi som hämtade oss från flygplatsen och såg till att vi fick checka in i förväg! Otroligt nöjd och rekommenderar starkt!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was spotless and felt really clean. There was a lovely bathroom with a big shower with a rain head. The mirror light in the bathroom was great for putting makeup on. They also provided coffee and a toaster as well as other amenities but we never used them. The only negative was that we were on floor 1 and the trams run outside the apartment until about midnight and then start at 5am. This meant that most mornings we would wake up to the sound of them and couldn't get back to bed. Apart from that I cannot fault the apartment. It was lovely and modern and super affordable. I would stay here again but maybe request a room higher up!

A lovely room in a fantastic location. We was able to walk into the centre in 10minuets and all the best restaurants were close by. The room itself was lovely and clean - I would highly recommend

Very good location, easy access to public transport and you are 5 minutes away from the center. clean room but The beds are single and not comfortable at all. they need changes because you are sinking towards the middle.

Originally allocated rooms 31,32 and 35. Room 32 had a potent smell of sewerage as soon as you got to the front door. Immediately requested for a room change. Was told by staff that nothing could be done that evening other transferring to a new building 15 minutes away or have our money returned. Moved the following day to room 24. Didn’t sleep all night due to smell of sewerage’s being so suffocating. Very poor customer service. Room 35 had no Wi-Fi signal all week. Brought to customer service attention with nothing done about resolving the issue. Again very poor customer service. Will not stay here or recommend anyone to stay here. Would like a partial refund from property for loss of sleep due to stench and for no Wi-Fi all week.
