Sehr gutes Hotel, extrem bequeme Betten, gute Vodka Fachkenntnisse an der Bar! -alles bestens

This was in a central location, easy walking to all all areas. The organised trips use this hotel as a picking up/dropping off point so ideal. Breakfast was typical but did have option for freshly cooked omelettes and poached eggs with hollandaise or avocado which were delicious

The hotel is in a great location. Very close to the old town, the castle, a large shopping centre and the main train station is about 10 minutes walk. The only detractor was the attitude I received from one member of housekeeping. She was rude at times for no reason.

I was staying at the suit for 1 night. For more than 300€ per night you pay for a 5 star hotel you expect some sort of “Wow”. Unfortunately the train is near the windows. The room is spacious but with the chattels in it -it seem like a random wear house feeling. I will never ever visit it again.

The hotel offers superb levels of comfort. It has a very relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. There’s complementary water and snacks in the lobby area. The staff are very professional and polite. The location is fantastic for its close proximity to the main sights, especially the old town square.

Requested and paid for a superior room overlooking the Old Town and the room allocated had a view that could barely catch a glimpse of the Old Town. However the disappoint did not spoil our vacation due to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

Floor carpets in room and public space are not clean enough for this level of hotel

Standard, modern hotel but it was clean, comfortable and convenient, with excellent staff who provided a great level of service

Great hotel, lovely staff. Within walking distance of the main square. We had a wheelchair accessible room which was perfect. All very clean and fully accessible

This hotel tries to be a 5 star hotel But unfortunately they aren’t really there. We had a really bad experience when visiting, the rooms where not cleaned even though we asked them to clean. In addition, the breakfast was so bad not fresh at all, old stuff, cheese was dry and felt that it was a week old, we pointed it out and only when doing so they changed, the next morning it was the same. They did compensate us with free taxi to the airport and a complementary cheese and wine in the room which we of course appreciate but the experience in total was already destroyed.

I stayed at the hotel During a humanitarian mission to Poland. The Ukrainian refugees housed by the hotel due to the crisis in their country was commendable. A safe house! With great breakfast and great service.

Premium room not as portrayed in photos we looked at when booking.Room had writing on the wall,torn upholstery on chairs and headboards,only one robe and slippers despite 2 requests 2nd one never appeared…this is simply NOT 5 star treatment .. see full Trip Advisor review

very average hotel big room but needs modernising reception area was nice and gym was good
