美好年代住宅飯店(Belle Epoque Residence)

Si vous cherchez un endroit confortable et bien situé à Cracovie, la Belle Epoque Residence est un excellent choix. Les appartements sont très agréables et le petit déjeuner complet est délicieux. Le personnel est également très accommodant, répondant aux besoins alimentaires spécifiques des clients. L'emplacement de l'établissement est idéal pour les touristes, avec la place principale à proximité immédiate. La mosquée est également située à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour les clients musulmans. Cependant, il est à noter que l'accès aux taxis peut être un peu compliqué car ils ne peuvent pas être hélés directement dans la rue. De plus, il faut faire attention aux heures de check-out car elles peuvent être un peu strictes.

Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania, zdjęcia w pełni oddają realny wygląd. W pełni wyposażony, plus za 2 telewizory i wentylatory. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. A co najważniejsze czysto i pachnąco. Plusem jest sklep spożywczy znajdujący się w tym samym budynku. Kontakt z pracownikami b.dobry. Na pewno będę polecała znajomym.

Fijne service, ondanks dat de receptie niet de gehele dag aanwezig was, je kan dan sms'en en mailen. Appartement 24 was ruim, met veel ramen en schoon. Locatie is goed, 10/15 min lopen van het oude centrum af. Parkeren kan in de straat, je betaald tussen 10.00 uur en 20.00 uur in totaal 60 zloty per dag. Zondags hoef je niet te betalen. Bij het ontbijt (optioneel) miste een broodje/croissantje, je kreeg alleen wat stukjes stokbrood. De rest was voldoende

Apar**ent was very nice, very spacious, clean, comfortable great value for money only issues were reception was not monitored all the time in the 4 days we were there we only seen staff when we checked in, checked out and on the morning of the first day I undertand some accommodation places don’t have reception 24:7 but I was just worrying as I wanted to book a taxi for coming home as I had to email them hoping for a reply before we left but managed to see staff on check out. We found the room cold there was no heating it wouldn’t go past 21 degrees in the room but luckily there was 2 duvets in the room we had to use. This meant it was freezing cold when getting out of the shower which wasn’t enjoyable. It is stated as close to main square but for us it seemed further than advertised still a good location but we were expecting to be closer to the main square. It advertises as having a fitness centre when it only has 2 exercise bikes so it would of been better if there was more cardio equipment

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant city! Lovely staff, brilliant room and a relaxing sauna. Great view looking over the city of Krakow. Gym with machines which is nice but only complaint is dumbbells only go up to 4kg. Overall I recommend this place for families visiting Krakow. 5 stars.

Excellent breakfast left by the door at 8am with enough food to last two days! Clean and attractive apar**ent in a lovely area of krakow. There was a slight delay gaining access on arrival but not the 10 minutes referred to by a previous review. There is a number to call for access as the reception is not open 24 hours a day. Facilities great and staff helpful.

Never had a hotel booking where on arrival I’ve had to ring the entry bell for 10 minutes before someone actually answers to let you in. B&B - breakfast left outside of the room from 08:00 so no alternative if you have to leave early - it just sits there all day.

The Studio Apar**ent was superb. It was very clean, comfortable, modern, spacious, well equipped, recently refurbished and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, set just a 10 minute walk away from Krakow Old Town, where it was quiet and peaceful. The location also had the added bonus of a small supermarket next door which was open until 2300hrs all week except Sundays, when it closes at 2000hrs. Access to the Residence is via a security door to the right of the supermarket entrance. The reception is occupied during change over days, otherwise a member of staff is contactable 24hrs. We chose to have the continental style breakfast provided by the residence, which arrived outside our room at 0800hrs every morning. The food quality was excellent and in abundance, perhaps too much for the two of us. Could not fault the Residence and would certainly recommend it as a base for visiting Krakow.
