這家在安省温莎的酒店式公寓，位置很好，周邊環境也不錯，房間寬敞，配置齊全。唯一不足就是因為位置太好了，所以酒店沒有自己的停車場，需要停在馬路對面，價格還算合理，每天5刀。

服務一般，不熱情

Good location with free breakfast.

My arrival was pretty late (after midnight) when i arrived, my keys were pretty much ready to go, there was no waiting. The staff was kind and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was a little more than basic but good to start the day. Parking was a bit iffy but i was always able to find a spot in the lot across the street. Overall it was a good experience at this property.

After first night coming back to hotel after a very long day housekeeping had attended room but beds were not made to an acceptable standard. On our third night there we came back to the room at approximately 7pm. We found the deadbolt on the door holding it open. It appeared that housekeeping left our room door open THE ENTIRE DAY! Anyone could have gone in and stolen anything. WE COULD HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH A WOULD BE ROBBER…I immediately went down to front desk where there was only 1 staff. She asked me to wait a few minutes while she checked in another guest that walked in while I was informing her of our situation. She told me she would inform the manager and housekeeping manager. She apologized but stated she couldn’t do much more. The lock was stuck so she had to come up and reset it, Next morning ( check out day) we asked to speak to the manager. She asked to see the pic of the beds not made but did not seem to be interested in the lock pics. I explained how unsafe we felt after this happened and she stated she could review the tapes to see that no one entered our room. Little late as we were checking out. We were reimbursed for the parking of $60 and an apology that this happened. Manager stated she’d let the district manager know what had happened but wasn’t in a position nor was she agreeable to any other reimbursement. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. I just feel that we should be reimbursed for incide

When we arrived there were two women at the check in. Very disappointed in there attitude no welcome what so ever. When asked where to park they both had a no care attitude the p/ lot is beside the hotel it's a free for all plus if it is full you can park across the street and it will cost $5.00. The first impression turned me right off. On the plus side the breakfast was good and the room was all right. I had requesteted a bath tub plus shower the women told me they didn't have any rooms available with a tub. Another disappointment. I would never go back or recomend that hotel to anyone. It appeared that the hotel eas also located in the poor side of the city lots of bums and homeless people on the street. Again very disappointed weekend.

We really liked this hotel. The only issue we had was at check-in - gave us wrong room and after a long day of travel was not impressed. Breakfast was excellent, bedroom super and spacious. Will definitely stay again.

HVAC was inoperable - room was at 79 deg F the whole stay - extremely uncomfortable. Shower head was just hanging. No offer of a discount, nor one granted when asked.

******* booked a room for my family and I that was not available. I arrived, after spending the day without electricity or heat, to be turned away at the desk because ******* allowed a booking that didn't exist.

Room is nice and clean. Good hot breakfast. Suite has everything you need with lots of pans, cups etc.. Only problem is parking and expensive room.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Requested services were readily attended.

Property is safe and convenient and very satisfying in almost every area the only thing is the parking it’s small can only have a few cars for parking.

Had to attend a Conference in Detroit and my associate recommended staying in Windsor as the hotel costs there were significantly lower. Absolutely true. It was a breeze getting into and out of Canada, and only a very minor inconvenience. Windsor is a quiet area with a "small-town" atmosphere, but has a good range of restaurants and a great view of Detroit across the river. The hotel was an older building but refurbished very nicely inside - especially the rooms which were very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and despite the limited chain-hotel offerings was adequate, though some baked goods were either leftover from the day before or were not completely defrosted, but still very edible. The coffee service would be vastly improved by having fresh milk as well as individual creamer servings (with their preservatives). I would return for any future Detroit Conference center events.
