Room was big and clean, perfect for a couple. Location perfect. The breakfast was big and delicious. We also had pleasant time in big swimming pool. Thank you for great time. We Highly recommend this place, especially for those who want to be close with the center of Krakow

Πολυ ωραια εμπειρια . Το καλυτερο ξενοδοχειο με φανταστικο πρωινο και φοβερη θεα απο τα δωματια στο ποταμι και το καστρο. Πολυ καθαρα δωματια με πολυ ωραια διακοσμηση. Το μπαρ στον τελευταιο οροφο εχει τρομερη θεα και απιστευτα κοκταιλ. Το ιταλικο εστιατοριο πολυ νοστιμο

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel très sympathique et accueillant. La chambre était propre, très moderne et parfaitement équipée. Des commerces et transports en commun tout près. Très facile de s’y rendre.

我們在克拉科夫的懷斯賓斯基酒店住了5晚。真的不能挑這個地方的毛病。我們在4樓有一個可愛的大房間,牀很舒服,他們給我們留下了免費的瓶水。酒店位置優越,靠近老城區,主要市場廣場,一個大商場和其他許多景點。工作人員都非常友好,自助早餐很好吃,有很多選擇。我們在酒店餐廳吃了幾次晚餐,食物很棒。酒店的酒吧裏備有波蘭伏特加,總的來說,我們度過了一段美好的時光,肯定會再呆在那裏!

Just returned from staying at this absolutely fantastic hotel. Everything oozes class, the rooms, the decor, and the staff and the breakfast has everything that you could want.If your staying in krakow you just have to stop here. It's in prime position just two minutes walk from the main square.

決定搬到一家據說可愛的酒店住2晚,因爲認爲對我兒子來說,這將是可愛的待遇,因爲有一個大的健身房和游泳池,我是多麼的錯誤,我們在週六晚上入住,我提前打電話檢查了2晚的供應和價格星期一離開。前台小姐姐告訴我價格,我們直接過去入住,她帶我們去房間,我們確認了價格,幷包含早餐,都不錯。直到我們當天晚上參觀鹽礦後返回,無法進入我們的房間。我們去了接待處,他們告訴我們應該在那天退房!!!我們沒有預訂了2晚,爲什麼我們直到星期一才回家?前台接待員說她可以給我們預訂的女士打電話,她告訴我犯了錯誤,很抱歉,但我們不得不再支付一晚...Omg太難過了,不是我的錯,但仍然期望支付,與總經理和某人交談更高的喬安妮我認爲她絕對可怕,根本不會聽,只是想要錢!!!!我會說什麼樣的客戶關懷。我的丈夫是殘疾人,我的兒子16歲被他們完全缺乏同情心。他們把我們所有的物品都鎖在房間裏,我們覺得我們別無選擇,只能付錢,因爲無處可去,不能告訴你我們是多麼的不安,我們只是因爲絕對沒有自己的錯而毀了旅行。如果你想得到良好的客戶關懷,不要去這家酒店。僅僅因爲Mecure是一個大連鎖店,並不意味着無論如何或形式上都很好。

WiFi: Good quality, reliable connection. Cleanliness: Very good throughout the hotel. Comfort: Comfortable beds and pillows; however, the towels could be improved. Staff: Polite and smiley, though could be a bit more engaging. Food: Enjoyed the mocktails, but breakfast could use a wider selection of fruits. Location: Excellent, close to the tram stop Cystersów, just 2 stops from the main railway station and 3 stops to the city center. There is also an underground parking available. Atmosphere: Modern, industrial vibe. Value for Money: Good option for a short stay, offering excellent value near the city center.

We were in Poland for a wedding, my daughter wasn't too impressed with this hotel until she walked into the building. The outside looks unremarkable, but once inside your opinion changes immediately. As a Diamond Member we were upgraded to a King Junior Suite and it was very much appreciated! The Front Desk was attentive and polite. We received our warm cookie and headed up to our room. OMG, it was huge compared to the room we just came from, even the bathroom was large. We had so much room and space to spread out. The Executive Room was nice and we enjoyed the evening entrees, especially the soups. I can't say enough nice things about this executive room. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Although crowded at times, there was always enough food and hospitality. The breakfast was great. Lots of selections and ample food. We didn't try the made to order omelette as it looked like it could feed two people. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

We recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. She took the two bottles away and said that she would return. 20-minutes down the line, she r
