東賽海灘夢幻谷度假村(Dream Valley Resort Tonsai Beach)

Merhaba otelin bulunduğu plajda çok fazla Cafe ve restoran seçeneği yok akşamları vakit geçirmek için yan Beach’e geçmeniz gerekiyor. Oranın plajı ve olanakları daha iyi. Oraya gitmek için dağ yolu yada teknelerle geçiliyor. Tekne için toplam 1000 baht ödeyerek gidip gelebilirsiniz. Bence sadece doğada rahatlamak için seçilir ama çok uzun süre konaklamada sıkıcı olabilir.

Very nice hotel with great facilities. However be warned that there is not much to do on the island if you are not a climber. 🧗♂️🧗♂️

Das Hotel an sich ist okay. Das Bett war leider sehr sehr hart. Das Zimmer hatte praktisch nur ein Bett und sonst war alles komplett leer. Also wirklich nicht mal ein Bild an der wand. Die Lage des Hotels ist sowohl gut als auch schlecht. Das Hotel liegt nämlich in der schönster Bucht. In der Tonsai bay. Das Problem ist nur, dass ihr ab 18 Uhr nur noch ganz schwer oder sehr teuer zu anderen Orten kommt. Abends geht auf der insel leider nichts, also müsst ihr um was zu unternehmen weg von da. Die Insel ist als Hippie Insel bekannt. Für Hippies ein Paradies. Für jeden anderen eine wunderschöne Insel. Sehr viele große Spinnen auf der Anlage. Schöner, sauberer Pool mit schöner Aussicht. Strom gibt es nur von 17:00-10:00 auf den Zimmern. Für kletterfreunde sehr schön, den man kann direkt am Strand boldern.

I know this place since it was built many years ago. Now that it has reopened after Covid there is not enough staff to keep the place in good shape. The Burmese workers and room maids on the site are friendly and helpful but there should be more to operate the place efficiently. Rooms are only cleaned when you ask for it - which means that toilet paper and bottled water are also only randomly replaced. The 2 Thai girls at the reception are very kind. Wifi is only available in public areas and in the rooms around the pool. In the bungalows beyond there is no wifi. The bathrooms are a shower-toilet all in one room so it’s hard to keep things dry. There is no fridge in the bungalows and electricity is only available from 5pm till 8am through a generator. There is currently no restaurant on site (there was one in the past which offered a breakfast buffet). Laundry has to be given to another resort. Furniture and pool sun beds are very worn and need replacement.

Loved this place! Tonsai is beautiful in the extreme and Dream Valley Resort fits perfectly into the valley. The pool is great and just like the photos. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Railay Beach is a short walk thru the jungle and the track is easy to find. It’s clear that Covid has affected the local shops and restaurants. And yea the rooms are basic with electricity limited at times. But there’s real magic in this place and it’s not hard to find.

Está bien, pero es algo caro. Tiene piscina muy agradable y en un entorno espectacular. Lástima que construyeran el muro que lo separa de la playa. Estuve en bungalow de cemento con aire acondicionado.

On the website, it wasn’t mentioned that this property is actually on an island. You need to take a boat there and back. Which of course costs. If you wait, for hours at times, It will be cheaper, as the more in a boat the cheaper it is. Otherwise full coast and no waiting. There isn’t anything to do on the island. Unless you’re a rock climber, lots of that. The beach is average. Hotel was nice, with a nice pool. No electricity for certain hours during the day. We cancelled our 7 day visit and went to the main land.
