I shall start from arrival at the hotel. We were a family of four who had booked two rooms at the property. We arrived around 14:30 Hrs (at least 30 mins after the designated check-in time). First of all, although the check-in desk at the hotel is quite huge, there were only 3 staff members ***ning the desk, all of them occupied. We had to wait for around 15 mins, looking here and there like *****s with our bags on before someone greeted us. And I do not mind waiting for check-in; what I do mind is that despite multiple staff members seeing us wait, not one of them acknowledge our presence and asked us to take a seat and wait. They would all look at us and carry on. Forget a warm smile, forget a namaste, we were made to feel like fools just standing there without anyone attending to us. When we finally did get a chance to check in, we were given two adjacent rooms. The key to one room was handed over to us, and we were told that the second room is not ready yet and that as soon as it is ready the key would be sent to us in our room. We said okay and moved towards our room. Once in our room, all four of us sat waiting in one room for around 45 mins for the key to the second room. We were not able to unpack because we wanted to unpack in our respective rooms. Tired and hungry, we left the hotel to get ourselves some lunch and some sightseeing, hoping that by the time we return our second room would be ready. When we returned and asked for the key to the second room from the reception desk, we were told that the room that was allocated to us had been now given to someone else -- and we were given some other room that was ”close” to the first room. I understand that asking for adjacent rooms is a mere request and not a right. But had we been given a ”close” room earlier, we could have gotten the keys earlier at the time of check-in! We waited for a room for so long, only for it to be given to someone else. Fast forward to the next morning's breakfast. The spread was quite good and quite diverse in variety. However, again the entire staff at the breakfast looked tense for some reason. And they kept messing up with live counter orders. No one had a smile on, no one welcomed you with warmth, and no one made you feel as if you were staying in a 5-star hotel (which The Lalit considers itself to be). Our entire experience with The Lalit was below par at the very least. It was not the kind of experience you would expect from a branded property that so conveniently calls itself a luxury 5-star property. I honestly feel for the money that I paid, I could and should have gotten a different property and that would have been definitely better. For the foreseeable future, and till things change, I do not see myself staying at any Lalit property.

加爾各答市中心酒店,星巴克走路十五分鐘,但酒店頂層的酒吧稍微吵一些,除了這個基本上還是不錯的!!!!

酒店在一個沒有電梯的遺產結構中。當我進去發現沒有電梯時,有點不安。當我進入房間時,更失望的是,有一個地面空調直接吹到牀上。房間很乾淨,雖然牀單幹淨,浴室整潔。要求接待團隊更換我的房間。當時在接待中心的 Tanmoy 先生將我升級爲套房。住在如此漂亮的房間是多麼美好的經歷!!食物也很美味。接待處、家政和客房用餐團隊的行爲非常有禮貌。第一天的失望在我退房時證明是令人愉快的。特別感謝Tanmoy。下次我會再住在這裏

給紅箭酒店的評語:這是一家住宅式酒店,酒店前台在四樓。酒店成功地由居民樓改造而成,每套房一般是四室一廳,客廳很大,印度式裝修風格,每間房都配有衛生間。我喜歡酒店的定位,有家庭的氛圍,尤其偏愛大客廳。酒店前台的武當(音)特別好,靦腆的笑容,非常商量,有什麼問題都可以找他。酒店的外圍,並不臨街,入口的門很不起眼,進來后最裡面那棟樓。如果吃飯的話,馬路對麪有家快餐店,裏面有餃子包子等,物美價廉。

性價比還可以的酒店,超級垃圾的責任心。 我入住check in的時候已經說的很清楚了,我要續住一天,因為我的飛機是半夜轉鐘的而且跟前台確認的時候發現在前台定的價格比在印度當地的app上麪訂的價格還低,所以我跟當晚值班的前台確認了我要加一天且確認有房間。 結果第二天11.55告訴我我必須要離開,房間已經全部售出。我聽見都驚了好么,我的飛機是晚上12點,就**把我和我30多公斤的行李攆出來了,還有12個小時怎麼搞? 最氣人的是全程無抱歉好么,一句sorry都沒有,還讓我在她們的side考慮,把所有責任都往我頭上推,態度太生硬了。 以上,打死我我也不會再去了。

這真的是一家不錯的酒店。良好的氛圍。 有些人會抱怨背面建築景觀和噪音。 但幸好我拿到了前邊的房間, 而且誰在城市旅館外面看? 但是對於健全的酒店,可能會把後側窗戶改爲隔音選項。 乾淨裝修的房間。 早餐還可以,如果不是很好的話我會說很好。 接待人員很熱心,我在12:30PM辦了提前入住。 附近購物區。 由於這裏很繁忙,所以準備好一整天的交通。
