Comfortable , well maintained and humble staff , leadership team. The breakfast spread was outstanding and delicious . I personally like the fusion Resturant at the 2nd floor . Value for money !

The Claridale is well-managed and scores very well on upkeep, ***** with its 5-star credentials. The highlight for me, though, is the courteous nature and efficiency of The Claridale Team, especially the housekeeping team and reception staff, Souvik being exemplary in this regard. The icing on the cake is the location. All said, it is my preferred choice on my business visits to Kolkata and I would recommend The Claridale to anyone who travels to Kolkata.

It has been a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Reception staff and housekeeping was fantastic, specially Gobindo Saha was very helpful in any of my needs. I did an early check in and also was helped regarding late check out because my flight was delayed.

I had stayed in this hotel earlier as well, with good staff, and a good breakfast spread in the hotel. Accessibility to the rest of south Kolkata is a breeze. This time stayed for over 5 days and it was comfortable, with good size rooms. Wish the management completes the refurbishment urgently. Housekeeping staff Gobindo Saha took extra care about the comfort and cleaniliess of the room.

Centrally located within walking distance to mall and restaurant........Good breakfast spread. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Comfortable with spacious rooms. Overall a positive experience. Will definately recommend to friends and family...........

Whenever i visit kolkata , i mostly stay here #TheClaridale.Rooms are Spacious and their service is really good and the location is perfect and staffs are very humble . Special thanks to Souvik for the hospitality , i simply loved it . Will surely visit again .
