床が細かい砂でいっぱいでした。ですが、お湯はしっかりでました。ロケーションは中心部からは少し離れていましたが、歩ける距離でした。

Food was good. Sonal accompanied and helped with the food very well. Rooms are too old fashioned, bathroom was not good at all. The staff here is really helpful and responsive. The property needs renovation as it doesn’t have the appropriate facilities which fits in today.

I am frequently visitor, my nears and dears all visited in this hotel. In the hot weather tiredness, a warm welcome and taking meal I relaxed. Hospitality is very good. Staff is very friendly like family. Specially thanks to Sonam. Overall experience is excellent 👍 give *****

Food and services was excellent. Jyoti's service was extremely good. We ordered rui macher thali and sharkahari thali those were very good in taste as well as those thali carriers so many items that was a good thing. Overall Experience was Awesome.

Visit ParkPrime Kolkata this month 1st time. We have do e our 1st meeting. Food was good. Sr. Sales ***ager Sudipta is very co operative person. I never seen sales ***ager like her. I would like to recomend this hotel. Bannquet needs maintenance.

Thankyou park prime for the memories, special thanks to reception team for all the assistance & help throughout the stay, we were here for marriage function for my engagement, we have just got delighted for all the support from the front-office team, food & service was good too with all amenities, Sayantan,***isha,danish,arpan,shiva,joy,shreyashi,Mitun &afgan from the security was helpful too,thanx for the good memories again.

At the counter Sa***taray , Mita , Joy and shreyanshi are very well behaved. The quality of food are also good. Rooms are well maintained. Ambience is good and the location is very nice and convenient . We will advise others also to come to Kolkata and stay here. Thank you.
