It is unfortunate that you did not feel the same. In order to maintain a high level of quality, we have a villa and public areas maintenance program in place that functions on both a quarterly and annual basis to rectify the damages caused by guest use and weather conditions as well as to provide preventative maintenance.I am delighted that you were impressed with the authentic Thai cuisine on offer at our signature restaurant, Saffron. As such, there are differing views in terms of the direction; however, the view across each area remains consistent.
