Best experience with our private pool room suite Room is so spacious and with your own infinity pool overlooking the ocean it is just magical and mystical Th staff are absolutely welcoming and go over and beyond to help you have the best stay Although communication isn’t the best they try to understand and accommodate your personal preferences Cannot name all the staff there but all of them from the main boss down to security guard just will do everything to make you happy A mention to Mr Joe, he always was there to help us enjoy our stay and even gave us a personal tour to our wonderful buffet seafood dinner, thanks Joe Also San and Joe for our special anniversary dinner which you designed so we could have it on the beach which almost didn’t happen because of the weather The girls in restaurant and the top chef making our meals All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay most memorable Thank you all for your welcoming arms We wish you all good health hope to see you all again Angela and Bill Mihalakis room 108

When we arrived at Ko Samui airport, the transfer service from the hotel worked perfectly. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were given our room straight away. The room (Grand Deluxe Room) far exceeded our expectations. It's less of a room and more of a small apartment without a kitchen. The hotel complex is absolutely paradisiacal. Lots of beautiful plants and very well maintained. The beach was amazing, the most beautiful beach we have seen on Ko Samui (we explored the whole island by motorbike that we also rent from the hotel). The sea - turquoise blue clear water. The great thing is that it is a private beach so only accessible to hotel guests and therefore not overcrowded. The food was fantastic. There is a very large selection and there really is something for everyone. The pool area directly on the beach with an included pool bar is very beautiful. And the cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. What particularly impressed us and what we have never experienced on our many trips... was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was always helpful, funny and good organized. Friendships developed in this short time, for which we are very grateful. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us. You gave us a wonderful honeymoon and organized such a beautiful candlelight dinner that we will never forget in our lives. 蘇梅島體驗感最佳的酒店！位置鬧中取靜酒店門口就是熱鬧的街道步行就能吃到各種餐廳！辦理入住遇到了很棒的中國總經理李登峯幫忙解決了很多問題！完全不用擔心語言溝通問題！酒店非常大氣！Minibar全部免費！有兩個泳池可以拍照！早餐半自助式水果很多！酒店海灘非常清澈連續遊了兩天還意猶未盡！

我們蜜月期間在這裏住了六晚。我們愛上了這所度假村，各種想要再住。自助式早餐很棒，我們每天還有免費的水果拼盤送到房間。我們的房間就在海灘上，每天都會被打掃。員工很熱情友善。我們想念這裏。

我們在這裏住了6晚。在2023年1月。工作人員很友好,尊重,包容,並想讓我們的住宿變得美妙。特別感謝一位女士,她確保我們的房間真的很特別,打掃得很乾淨。房間很棒,牀很舒服。早餐很棒,一位老人在那裏,關注所有客人。酒店地理位置優越,就在查汶內海灘對面的一條路上,非常安靜,令人驚歎的曬黑和放鬆的地方。酒店附近有7 11,步行10分鐘。乘坐車進入市中心是100泰銖。我們從酒店租了一輛摩托車,這是全新的,我們不需要再支付出租車了。酒店餐廳提供各種食物,俯一個漂亮的游泳池,環境優美。我一定會回到這裏,毫不猶豫地推薦它。謝謝查汶諾泳池別墅,度過了一個美妙的假期。

這不是我們第一次入住這家酒店。但疫情以來第一次。其主要優勢是進入查汶內私人海灘和First家庭酒店的基礎設施。酒店本身由幾棟建築組成,有一個普通的游泳池。房間有你需要放鬆的一切。因爲酒店剛開業,只有一對客人,早餐,包括在內,親自或在房間或樓層露台上爲我們服務。一切都很好吃,種類挺多的。提前入住沒有額外收費,後來出院沒有額外收費,真的不想寫這個酒店不好的東西,工作人員工作很努力,顯示出來了。疫情期間,蘇梅島整個基礎設施嚴重受損,最近才開業,橋邊通往海灘的通道(這是到達那裏的唯一途徑)永久關閉,每次都要問前台才開業。或者通過First Boongalo證明自己在同一個網絡上,泳池沒打掃,因爲沒有客人,房間有點舊。他們試圖重新整理,油漆,但無濟於事,因爲傢俱也一樣古老,管道也一樣。一切都漏水,看起來不可靠。特別需要換所有牀上用品。很舊的枕套,牀罩有污漬有污漬。空調噪音大,在其中很難設置溫度,但過了一會兒,你習慣了噪音。

酒店很乾凈, 人員很親切熱情. 整體來説很不錯, 下次來我大概率會繼續預訂這家酒店. 這次是去full moon party, 酒店有接送車, 沒想到有不少同行的酒店客人. 藍色的泳池很漂亮, 早餐環境不錯. 位置很好, 出門就是商業街. 非常值得一提的是酒店門口的餐廳漢堡非常正!! 酒店客人還打85折

這是我第一次來蘇梅島 在攜程上盲定的酒店，定了三個晚上 第一晚安排的是一樓的，我不太滿意 因為蚊蟲比較多，但當時比較晚沒辦法更換房間 第二天一大早酒店就安排人幫我換了房間 還免費升級了別墅房 衹能説酒店還是很重視中國客人的。 酒店位置相對比較偏僻，安靜， 如果喜歡熱鬧繁華就不建議這裏 如果喜歡安靜度假的感覺這裡是很好的選擇。 早餐還不錯，不過以老外喜歡的口味為主 有無邊泳池，很放鬆。 酒店外國友人很多，都很友好。 酒店的客房服務我要打100分 居然幫我把彩粧都擺的整整齊齊 這是國內沒有的服務 工作人員也都微笑熱情 另外酒店大堂比較小 每次從外面逛街回來 等擺渡車的時候 沒有地方可以坐 其他都挺好的 很滿意。
