I loved this hotel - such a beautifully preserved historic wooden building with a lovely swimming pool too. Clean, comfortable, lovely food. But it was the helpfulness of the staff which really made all the difference to me. I had a passport/visa issue and nothing was too much trouble for the ***ager who went well beyond the call of duty to help. He leads a great team of friendly, helpful staff. I felt very at home here and highly recommend it. Spice Heritage was one of the highlights of my five weeks in India.

What a find nearby the attractions In Kochi! The rooms are huge & well appointed. Spotlessly clean. Great shower & air con. Nice breakfast. The sparkling pool was a great way to cool off too. The staff are very helpful & polite. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, good healthy food. Hospitality is the best part of the hotel..food is tasty. Loved it & looking forward to visit soon with friends & family. Highly recommend for all.food was so much tasty.

Nice neat and clean room.lovely experience.Nice hotel with great food. Staff is very good. They arrange food for us even at 12am and served with smile. Staff is cooperative, food is mouth watering, place is so peaceful, what else one wants.

The heritage resort is good place to relax and enjoy. It is around 1.5 km from fort kochi beach. The host & staffs were really friendly. My trip was for 3 days. I explored fort kochi, mattanchery, etc.

Hospitality is good....... Hotel staff are cooperative. The interior of hotel is mesmerizing. Got some beautiful spots to click pictures. Everything perfect at affordable prices. Excellent service,Tasty Food,location was so good,good experience.
