麗芙飯店(The Reef Hotel & Studios)

飯店靠近步行街，離海灘也不太遠。島嶼風格的氛圍，外面有棕櫚樹和木結構。房間還可以，很簡單。浴室沒有盥洗用品，到處都是蚊子。我們房間裡有兩隻小蟑螂，我猜是因為炎熱/潮濕。不理想：/房間裡有空調。 床還不錯，枕頭不舒服——又大又腫。除此之外，我認為這裡的亮點是飯店內的 MOJO 餐廳。早餐很棒——健康的西式選擇，很豐盛。香蕉蛋糕柔軟可口，是自製的 - 試試吧！整體來說住得還不錯。謝謝你！

Booked 4 nights in advance based on good reviews. Breakfast was delicious - home made bread in a lovely restaurant. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t able to get cool enough to enjoy a good nights sleep despite putting the AC on 16deg on the second night. When I told the owner (Matthias) after the first night he suggested I check the AC setting and that maybe the filter needed to be changed. The next day, I told him that I didn’t realize the AC was only at 24deg, but he didn’t proactively change the filter to ensure no issues. Also, the in-room safe didn’t work, even when they left the key but there was no effort made to change the safe. I had told Matthias after one night that I might look for another property as I really needed a proper sleep. Matthias acknowledged this and hoped the room would be sufficiently cold the next night. Alas, it was not to be. Matthias kindly refunded some money for the 2 nights I canceled - for the breakfast and non use of electricity, but I was surprised he still charged me for a couple of Americanos after my inconvenience and his lack of proactiveness. When I mentioned this to him at checkout, he was almost indignant…. Frankly not a good feeling. Overall, a nice feel to the place but I’d never go back not recommend others to stay.

Wir waren vollumfänglich zufrieden aber das inbegriffene Frühstück hat uns vollkommen umgehauen. Das war wirklich wahnsinnig gut! Wir würden wieder buchen. :)

Abbiamo soggiornato al The Reef per 15 giorni questo Febbraio. È un hotel molto semplice, situato in una posizione strategica, molto comoda per raggiungere sia la spiaggia, sia la walking street. La colazione è davvero la cosa che ci ha stupito di più! I piatti da scegliere erano tutti quanti ottimi, la scelta era vasta, e tutti i ragazzi del Mojo sono davvero carini, sempre educati e attenti al cliente. Tuttavia, la nostra esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva per quanto riguarda la camera e soprattutto la pulizia. La nostra stanza era al piano terra, spaziosa ma tuttavia buia e senza un balcone o delle finestre da aprire, solo due vetri che affacciavano su un bosco che era in pratica una discarica, con sacchetti di plastica, tavolini rotti buttati per aria e altra immondizia. Anche il bagno non era il massimo, buio e un po’ trascurato, ma, a mio avviso, ci si adatta a tutto in vacanza, tranne che a una cosa: la mancanza di pulizia! Il “rifare la camera” consisteva nel cambio degli asciugamani (che erano solo uno a testa, da utilizzare per far tutto, dalla doccia al viso la mattina seguente), bottigliette d’acqua in frigorifero (molto apprezzate) e sistemare le lenzuola nel letto. Fine. In tutto il soggiorno ci sono state cambiate le lenzuola solo una volta, dopo che, vedendo che in 7 giorni avevamo sempre le stesse lenzuola macchiate, abbiamo lasciato noi un biglietto alla donna delle pulizie (ed è stato il primo e ultimo cambio lenzuola). Per terra sabbia, polvere e altro sporco erano presenti sempre, dietro la porta del bagno e in ogni angolo della stanza. Il tappetino del bagno fuori dalla doccia, dopo giorni, ormai fradicio e pieno di sabbia, non ci veniva cambiato, e anche lì abbiamo dovuto lasciare scritto un biglietto, e una volta cambiato, è rimasto lo stesso fino alla fine della vacanza. Non siamo di tante pretese, ci adattiamo alle varie situazioni che si presentano, ma sinceramente siamo rimasti molto delusi dalla scarsa pulizia e cura della camera, soprattutto avendo alte aspettative avendo letto ottime recensioni.

The breakfast were awesome! Fresh fruits and homemade yoghurt was delicious! The room was great and spacious. The location is convenient to the Walking Street and Sunrise Beach. Everyone and the owner are friendly and helpful.

Heel schoon hotel en centraal gelegen. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt voor een vakantie. De eigenaar en personeel zijn erg behulpzaam en zijn je graag van dienst. In de omgeving genoeg lokale restaurants met lekker eten te vinden. Top locatie en dichtbij bij mooie stranden. Ontbijt was super top. Ik denk dat het beter is dan bij 5* hotels. Je kan kiezen tussen meerdere gerechten en alles is verrukkelijk.

This was a great option in Koh Lipe- so much so that we stayed an extra 2 nights! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! The room we stayed in was really spacious, and had a nice private balcony. The bed was large and super comfy. As they were only just reopening after Covid there were a couple of small things missing in the room like soap, water glasses etc, but didn’t impact our stay and they acknowledged as soon as we arrived that they were still getting back in the swing of things after a long period of closure. The bar/restaurant area wasn’t open on an evening which would of been nice, but again I think this was due to the recent reopening. It’s in a good location, short walk to walking street and the main beaches. Really nice option for Koh Lipe, would recommend!
