基特里華美達飯店(Ramada by Wyndham Kittery)

Service was good. Pleasant staff. Decent breakfast. Hotel in decent shape, but dated. Room wasn't bad, but no USV ports in the room, so we couldn't charge cell phones or laptop. Major inconvenience to say the least. Noise level was a living hell with neighbors slamming their doors all night and you would think Sasquatch was living above us and ready to come through the ceiling until 2 am. Overall, not a great value for the $280/ night price tag. Great location. Only a hop skip and a jump over the bridge and into Portsmouth Downtown District.

The front desk was very accommodating. There are no elevators and our room was on the third floor and my mom has difficulty with lots ofstairs and able to switch to the main floors. Just a FYI the breakfast area you do have to go up a few stairs

Accueil sympathique et l’hôtel était très propre lors de notre passage. Petit déjeuner pratique. Localisation pas inoubliable mais ce n’est pas un problème avec une voiture

Hallways were cold. Hot water in morning tea was cold. Waited for receptionist for several minutes to check in (during day time).

We stayed here on Chris**as night because it's close to my brother's home where we spent the day. This is a conveniently located hotel, right near the highway. It is fairly clean if a bit run down and tired. The "breakfast" offerings were slim but I think the hotel was nearly empty because of the holiday so they didn't put out a lot of food. The best thing was the kind and welcoming staff. The woman who checked us in a 9PM on Chris**as night was super friendly. We appreciated that after a long day.

This property is falling apart. The building is rotting. There is mold, cracked tiles, and warped walls. That staff are kind, but this place seems like a long, long forgotten Wyndham that needs a complete renovation

Needs some TLC- our room reeked of cigarettes, the screen in the window did not properly fit the window/large gaps/let bugs in, hair in our shower drain, drop ceiling in bathroom stained & saggy, the lobby area where breakfast was served also smelled like cigarettes...will not stay here again.

The location was convenient. The room wasn't great. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were sagging and the the floor tiles were cracked.
