「We LOVED this hotel and were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was! Only downtown hotel with free parking we could find, which you use your room key to access. Room was SPOTLESS and honestly felt brand new! Bathroom was spacious and clean, and even the provided hair products worked really well for me. Staff were super kind and efficient. Bed was comfy, breakfast the next morning was included and very good, with a decent amount of hot breakfast as well as pastries/cereals etc. We plan to have more trips to Pitt in the future and will definitely be staying here again, no questions! Felt so much nicer than a budget hotel… just wow!」

「The hotel was very clean except the shower area which had a bit of soap residue and was slightly slippery. The free breakfast was great with all you can drink coffee and fruit juices, with hot items including sausage eggs and pancake. The gym and pool was not heavily utilized and provided good privacy during my stay.」
