赫爾北部普瑞米爾飯店(Hull North)

Pleasantly surprised. Rooms were spacious and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Hotel is located right next to the retail park. Breakfast buffet was very affordable with a great selection too.

Disappointing stay at this Premier Inn. The room was tired, the lock didn’t work on the bathroom, light not working. Stayed on the ground floor and thumping til 1am from upstairs walking around/whatever they were doing! And rubbish left under the bed. The pull out bed was really uncomfortable for my daughter so she slept in the main bed with me. Won’t stay at this premier inn again, although have stayed here many times before!

Normal room, clean and decent bed, as expected. However, this Premier Inn fell far below the standards I have encountered in other Premier Inns - even those I would hestitate to visit again. Room was as far from reception as possible with approximately zero wifi signal (so bad that I wouldn't even connect to pay for better wifi). no sound on TV channel I wanted to watch (was not given adequate info on how to make it work), and heater not effective on an icy night. Had to skip breakfast because no reservation made at adjoined Beefeater, and no refund for that cost has been forthcoming. Really, really disappointing.

A great stay. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again. We had requested a bath and the room was clean and as expected. Parking was good. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely stay. Lots of options where to have a dinner. Lovely breakfast at Beefeater. Room was large and clean. Felt slightly cold at night but definitely still would be my choice of hotel whenever I am next time in Hull.

Stayed over to go to bongos bingo G the university. Was good location to leave car and get a taxi. Hotel was lovely clean and staff extremely helpful! Breakfast was nice it was busy but to be expected on a weekend.

Very friendly staff and nice comfy rooms. Check in was simple and efficient and the eating facilities looked good, although we did not eat there. However, we did have a drink at the bar later in the evening. Thank you.

Everything was great here during our stay. We could open the window, the room had been properly cleaned (unlike at a different Premier Inn the previous evening), although it was slightly hot for me but my wife was happy with the temperature. Beds very comfortable and excellent TV despite some occasional pixellation on HD channels. The staff here are exceptional, can't do enough for you, brilliant!

From the point of parking on the Friday night to the check out the on the Sunday morning. This was an excellent stay. The staff were friendly from the welcome to the check out. The breakfast was great and my sleep was excellent. Thank you, I'll be coming back.
