牙買加金斯敦萬怡飯店(Courtyard Kingston, Jamaica)

Hotel needs renovation. Curtains were broken, bathroom had old stains, broken tiles, toiletries were incomplete and towels need to be renewed. Bed comfortable but pillows were super uncomfortable. Bartender in the pool area seemed to be having a bad day (every day) Staff front desk and restaurant were nice

the staff at the pool for example was inattentive. Towels were not available. promised but the the young guy working there told us, it was not his job and we can get them ourselves in the gym (wherever that was). had to run 3 times to the reception to get a functioning key to the pool area. all in all, the employees there are certainly not taking any pride in where they work and what they do. questionable F&B management

The reservation system was down and we couldn't receive a key for the room. Really inconvenient at the time. Bathroom tiles were not well cleaned and the room smelled musty.

The half bathroom enclosures, toilet and face sink clogged.

The housekeeping was terrible. The was never cleaned properly when we requested. Issues were never resolved properly and timely. Entry to my room remained dirty for over 15 hours even after complains. The phone in the room didn't work. Shower gel and soap ran out. Over all only the kitchen staff was great. I wouldn't stay again unless it was a last resort.

Front desk staff in Jamaica as usual tends to treat dark skinned guest different from other guests. This is the norms across the island. The request was made for towels and I was probed as to when did I checked into the hotel.
