401高速路舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Hwy 401)

Overall I was satisfied and would stay again. Unfortunately I didn't know that this hotel was pet friendly. Knowing this up front would have saved me $60 for boarding so I will surely take advantage of this for my next stay. I did find the heater/AC unit very loud and I'm hard of hearing so for others it might be a serious issue. In addition the toilet paper roll had about 6 sheets left on it and there was no spare roll to be found. Fortunately it didn't become a problem this time but......

Location was great. Room was very spacious and clean but the toilet seat was broken and there was no shampoo in the shower. 2 things you think housekeeping would have filled and reported if they were being thorough.

Toilet was broken and didn’t fill up the tank, breakfast supplies were empty only halfway through service, staff were friendly though, tough night with lots of rooms booked for tournament and loud noise and doors banging into the evening.

Sliding door required two people to open as it barely slid. Stains on bed skirt and bed sheet. Need to update the thermostat in room as well. Breakfast was good but limited in options. Staff was very friendly.

Great stay. Very comfortable and clean. They should check to see if TV cable works though before giving out room. We had to switch rooms as it was after hours of maintenance person. Really good breakfast too.

Had a great stay here - comfy beds, quiet room, good breakfast, clean functional bathroom and friendly staff. Having coffee and water available in the front lobby after breakfast is over is a nice touch.

Unfortunately there was no elevator. Walking up the stairs for my husband was difficult. The hand cream was amazing. I’ve had many hotel hand creams, and this one was tops.

The Comfort Inn (401) was a very clean and comfirt. The staff was great. Breakfast was great. Iverall a great visit.
