Hyatt House King of Prussia

Upon arrival, we were barely greeted by the front desk assistant manager and informed no food options were available because the kitchen was not operating that day. We were then given a room with a refrigerator that was not working so I had to return to the front desk just to be given another room that smelled like cigarette smoke and had a toilet that was continuously running water. So I went back to the front desk again and that same assistant manager responded like I was inconveniencing her, meanwhile I was doing all the legwork of going up and down the halls and elevator trying not to bother her like these were my errors.

Very disappointing. We have stayed there half dozen times over the years. At check-in didn’t think anything about a room near the highway keeping us up all night. The noise was horrible. And the hotel was about 60% full. They certainly could have put us in a room in another wing away from the highway or a room just across the hall from it. Terrible thinking and customer care from the desk employee. But what does she care. Couldn’t wait to get home for a nap

We decided to spoil ourselves a little bit and we're very glad we picked this hotel to do it. The suite was wonderful, the kitchenette was beautifully stocked with dishes and cookery and the bed and couch were both very comfortable. Location was also very nice, it's in good reach of quite a lot to do, which is making it very tempting to go back already. The pool and hot tub are also quite nice. Neither seemed to have much traffic, but it was late Sunday into Monday morning so it might be busier other times. We didn't visit the bar, but the breakfast was pretty good. Not the best we've had, but definitely good for a continental breakfast. My husband is 6'3'', which can make showers a little awkward. This is the first one he actually aimed a little lower, it was quite high on the wall and easily adjustable! Very comfortable and a nice bonus for the tall folks.

The stay was too expensive for the quality. The mini fridge wasn’t working and leaked water on the floor. It was eventually fixed. The room was handicapped accessible which made it difficult in the shower. I did not book a handicap accessible room. There was not enough blankets for the bedding.

Had a nice time but was upset due to the Hotel allowing dogs, I love animals but I’m allergic to Dogs and cats and I stayed congested because of the animals.
