羅斯飯店(The Ross)

We stayed at The Ross over our wedding anniversary weekend and we really enjoyed it. The hotel has a very cool modern look, lovely bright colours and fresh modern furniture. When we checked-in we were advised we had been upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise and when we arrived in our suite, there was a lovely slate with a collection of lovely little cakes and biscuits and a card to wish us a happy anniversary. Thank you for that, it was very much appreciated. The suite like the rest of the hotel was bright and modern, a lovely big bed on one side of the room with a TV facing the bed and on the other side of the room comfy arm chairs and a coffee table and another TV, there was also a coffee maker and a fridge. The bedroom area was really bight with lots of windows that could be opened easily. Then down a couple of steps was the wardrobe area with loads of hanging space and the bathroom. A nice size modern bathroom with a full bath and separate shower cubicle, with complementary toiletries. Outside they have an nice seating area, which was very busy and a had great atmosphere. You can have a drink, a cocktail or enjoy the food from the hotel outside, and the food looked delicious but we did not dine there. We had a couple of drinks inside in the hotel bar that night and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was fab, we had the full Irish which was delicious and we were offered lots of different pastries and cakes, juices, tea, coffee, etc.. perfect breakfast. The service was great and the staff in all areas of the hotel were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Parking was just down the road at the sister hotel and that was easy, I was able to drop-off outside with the bags and my husband carried on to park the car, just a couple of mins walk away. A great experience and a great hotel, we would highly recommend this hotels and can't wait to stay here the next time we return to Killarney.

We’ve stayed in The Ross nearly every time we’ve come to Killarney but have to say this was the best! The new layout of the front bar and reception has really brought the place up a level! There was a lovely atmosphere and it felt so welcoming. We had lunch in the Lane on arrival and it was excellent. We have four boys and they can be hard to please but it was clean plates all around by the end. The staff were superb, could not be more helpful and the place is spotless. We had multiple swims in the Killarney Park across the road and our boys just love that pool. Temperature was perfect. Hotel location is right in the heart of the town and seconds from everywhere. The whole stay was 10/10 and really can’t wait to go back again. If you’re thinking about coming to stay here then stop thinking and just do it!

What a brilliant night at The Ross! From the moment we arrived the whole experience was perfect. The team there did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. from the porter pushing a fold up bed down the corridor who wished us a Happy Easter, to Maeve who served us breakfast at an embarrassing late hour with such warmth and humor. Thank you for a great experience ❤️

Great hotel with parking spaces across the street. Perfect rooms (quiet) and beds. We had three rooms with the family next to each other. The hotel has several possibilities for drinks and food. Very friendly people. Perfect location for seeing that part of Ireland! We drove The Ring of Kerry with all the beautiful stops, such as a waterfall and the Cliffs of Kerry.

Amazing food, friendliest staff, beautiful hotel. The rooms were spotless and spacious. We had a group of 11 and everyone agreed. Great service, can’t wait to go back either in a group or as a couple. The location was also ideal for us for shopping and going out

Ein großes Dankeschön geht an Lorna und Eleanor von der Rezeption und dem Hotelmanagement. Die beiden waren so freundlich mein Gepäck aufzubewahren, obwohl ich kein Gast im Hotel The Ross war. Weil ich schon vormittags in Killarney ankam, mein gebuchtes Hotel aber erst ab 17 Uhr Check-in hatte, brauchte ich eine Gepäckaufbewahrung für meinen großen Reiserucksack.Öffentliche Schließfächer gibt es in Killarney leider nicht. Ich fragte vorher schon bei zwei weiteren Hotels an, ohne Erfolg. Zum Glück traf ich dann Lorna und Eleanor, die mir super lieb und ohne zu zögern halfen. Dadurch konnte ich meinen Tag mit einer tollen Bootstour auf dem See und der Besichtigung von Ross Castle erleben. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür.

Clean room, great space, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I tried to call reception and could not get a hold of them to help with bags but otherwise they went above and beyond to help. Great breakfast too, perfect location and beautifully decorated groovy space.
