Enjoy sound front views and sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay! This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck and private living space. Newly built in 2017. There is a outside shower available to guests, extra pullout couch, and covered parking underneath our house. Guests have free access to bikes, beach chairs, and kayaks off the dock.Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. 3 minute drive to free public beach accesses (1 mile), Publix is 1/2 mile away, multiple restaurants within a mile, and this is a wonderful neighborhood for biking. There is a sound front boardwalk to bike down, Wright Brothers Monument is a 5 minute bike away, and many of our favorite restaurants are biking distance from our house. This home has been remodeled inside and out last year. This is a great beach house for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. The home has two bedrooms and two full baths. King Master Bedroom with Master Bathroom. The Master bedroom also has a living area and door to the outside backyard and deck. Queen Bedroom also has a Twin in the 2nd bedroom. Linens provided on all beds along with bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels. Laminate & Hardwood floors throughout the home. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills at MP 7 in the Sea Holly Ridge neighborhood! It's a short distance (0.3 of a mile) to the nearby shopping center that has Belk, Food Lion, and restaurants (Max's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, NY Bagels, and China King)! It's approximately 0.6 of a mile to the nearest beach access and 0.4 of a mile to the Bay Drive multi use path where you can walk or bike with views of the sound! The movie theater is a quick 3 minute drive and the Wright Brothers National Memorial is approximately a 5 minute drive away! The property offers four bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 Twins) and two of those are primary bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) with full bathrooms! The third bathroom is located in the hallway on the second floor. The living space is open concept with enough seating for the whole family! There's plenty of space under the home for relaxing or you can soak up the sun on the spacious deck! There's enough parking for up to 5 vehicles (4 in the driveway and 1 under the home). Out back, you will find a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a fully fenced in backyard!
