Pros: The location of this hotel is very good, in town, and walkable to sights and restaurants. Our room was very clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The price was fair for the area, and we booked direct via the hotel’s website, so breakfast was included (cooked to order and delicious). We were so glad parking was included (lot in the back of the building). Cons: But the hotel was rather noisy, as we heard doors slamming and boisterous guests coming in after midnight. There didn’t seem to be much soundproofing. Also, the website and our booking confirmation email listed a laundry room for guest use. I was never able to find it, and the front desk was never staffed so there was nobody to ask. I did ask a housekeeper in the hallway and she said there wasn’t one. So maybe this is a new change, but perhaps the website should be updated.

This was such a great place to stay! We were greeted by Maurice who was very friendly and made our stay even more special. He provided great recommendations on where to go and cooked us a yummy breakfast the next morning and sat and chatted with us. The rooms were clean and it was really cool staying in such a unique building that used to be used as horse stables. The b&b was in the perfect location and was right next to the pier and a short walk away from Main Street. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Dingle. Such a great experience that really made our trip to Ireland so special.

酒店在丁格爾海邊，離鎮中心不遠走路10分鐘就能到。房間能看到海灣，景色很不錯。前台的Desy很熱情地幫我們打電話給租車公司，解決車胎問題，非常非常感謝她。早餐十分豐富，三人分別點了傳統愛爾蘭早餐、比利時華夫餅、水煮蛋，還有自助的各種麵包、水果杯、牛奶果汁。有溫水游泳池、Fungie Kids Club等，小童俱樂部可以託管，孩子在裏面玩的很開心。雖然衹住了一晚，但在這裏十分愉快。

This hotel is rated as 4 star hotel, at best its a 3 to 3.5 hotel. The restaurant is no more than a standard diner or cafe. The menu is basic and the food is average. As part of their services, they offer complimentary breakfast in your room, They fail to inform you that there is only one chair provided. There are far superior hotels at keener prices and better facilities available in the locality.

我們最近在特拉利的草地酒店住了一晚 ,前台工作人員非常友好,歡迎我們的到來,雙人間很大,有一個帶頭頂淋浴的浴缸,洗手池旁邊有很多供客人洗浴用品的房間,很大 ,牀特別舒服,房間隔音很好,所以我們睡了一個很棒的夜晚,有很多寬敞的休息區,可以安靜的飲料或可愛的酒吧,背景音樂和大屏幕觀看現場體育等,但聲音並不大,因爲無法與任何人交談,酒吧工作人員也樂於助人,早餐很棒,有茶/咖啡和溫暖的食物,等待的工作人員爲我在那裏必須稱讚友好和專業在任何時候,沒有什麼是多麻煩, 您也可以幫助自己從大陸的品種, 再次是優秀的新鮮水果, 麪包, 穀物, 果醬, 十,如果在世界的這一部分旅遊,我會毫不猶豫地推薦這家酒店進行短期或長期住宿,酒店也有很多停車場,所以停車在安全的地方沒有問題,感謝所有讓我們歡迎的工作人員真的很感激,我們一定會很快回來😁

As a frequent returning Customer as a mom who just needs a night away to relax and recharge, Ballygarry House hotel and spa is an amazing place just to relax and unwind. I usually spend the night away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, relaxing, and then I would have a spa treatment on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Nadur spa has to be one of the most amazing spas that I’ve ever experienced Bridget. One of the therapists is an amazing asset to the hotel. I had lunch and dinner in the bar and as always, perfect service, perfect food, reasonable prices Liz and nuala are amazing staff very attentive. The are also an asset to the hotel as well. when you walk into the hotel you are welcomed warmly by the reception staff who always have a smile on their face they tell you exactly where your room is. There is no fuss no hassle you go to your room, your room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and the grounds of the hotel. If you’re walking person, there is is an amazing walkway or If you just want gentle stroll around the gardens it is perfect way of just to recharge relax and face the day ahead for the following day, I would recommend this hotel immensely to anyone whether it be couples family or just a person who just wants to get away and relax and let the troubles of every day life just fall away

Had a live band for a wedding that went to 2am! Hotels i’ve been at before had th music turned down at 11:00–my husband talked t th front desk but they weren’t going t do that. They say they have a/c but u can’t control it and it only seemed t hav heat coming out. I gave 2 stars cuz th staff were so nice. try t get a hotel in town cuz th taxis aren’t as easy to get out there. Another couple had th same problem. Ask th front desk t call instead of th app and it works better. Park is lovely. Oh yeah— th morning we left, they were making a lot of noise in th parking lot setting up stages for a harley davidson event! So, the hotel next door- gleneagles-does outdoor noisy events!

Had the pleasure of staying in the Hights hotel in April. We upgraded to one of the new premium rooms, and were not disappointed. Fridge, tea coffee facilities in room. Walkin shower. We only had B&B , a big shout out to Leen in the restaurant. Every morning, she had our well-done Bacon ready after our first day. ( it's the little things that make the difference) All the restaurant staff were lovely and helpful over our 4 days . Yes, I would recommend and would stay again. Note there are two types of rooms , premium ( just renovated) and standard.

NNorthStar259264Fantastic warm check in with the owner and made to feel extremely welcome. Offered advice on where to go depending on what we fancied explaining where to head in the town for some live music plus nearby festival in Listowel. The place was absolutely spotless and we had a nice luxury room with very large bathroom, lots of storage and great facilities. The room was very comfortable and decorated homely not like your average room. The bed and mattress was outstanding and of luxury quality including large fluffy pillows. We didnt opt for breakfast but left our car in town the night before. The owner kindly offered to drive us back into town to pick up the car in the morning. Please book here for a truly memorable stay in Ballybunion.

The 1200+ year old on-site burial ground is a bit of a walk away, we didn’t have time in our schedule to visit it but Sean was ready to navigate. Something to consider working into your itinerary if you choose to stay here.

訪訪客用戶PROS: Exceptionally clean. Everything seemed relatively new. Beautifully quiet. Nice warm room. Bedding, décor, and furnishings were all quite nice and well selected. CONS: No lounge or living room type common area for guests to sit comfortably with only one basic office chair provided in the room. Quite simply, it was too sp****ly furnished and appointed. Wi-fi was very sketchy (despite numerous reboots) and even stopped working completely for quite some time. The owner since claimed to have “super fast Wi-Fi” and that we should have addressed Wi-fi issues on-site, but we had no idea how to find the proprietor once he handed us the room keys and then basically disappeared for the duration of our stay (behind one of the closed doors on the property?). In short, we could not address the Wi-fi issues as he suggested. There were no TV’s in the entire property, which the owner stated was done on purpose to provide a “quiet and peaceful experience”. That seems nice enough, but without reliable working Wi-fi, the property became an isolated entrapment while we stared at the walls for several hours. A tomb is a “quiet and peaceful experience”, but that doesn’t necessarily make it pleasant. By normal Irish standards for hotels, 4:30 pm check-in and 10:30 am check-out times were quite late and early respectively, which is not common for Ireland as the owner subsequently claimed. We stayed in more than 30 hotels in Ireland and not one of them provided so little overall time. The typical turnaround from check-in to check-out (in all of 2100 miles we traveled around Ireland) was about an hour longer, one way or another. Responding to this, the owner quite rudely wrote (his quote) that we “would need to familiarise yourself with the basics before travelling somewhere”. To that, I can only say we are traveling 110 days this year in 16 different countries and have traveled to about 40 countries before. We plan our journeys exhaustively. I suggest rather than provide insulting remarks about our travel abilities, which are highly tuned and time-tested, perhaps this property’s management should listen to useful customer input about things which were not customary and inferior to competitors. Breakfast was an additional charge which rather goes against the ENTIRE notion of calling oneself a B&B. In retrospect, on closer examination, I concede the advertised rates for the property apparently included a non-breakfast option, but it’s important to note that is not always completely obvious when viewing typical hotel booking sites. Addressing this, the owner wrote that “it looks like you had no idea what you were booking and were not looking at the location or anything at that time”. Overlooking the blatant rudeness of that comment, our situation was actually quite the contrary, and we were keenly familiar with the location, having already spent a total of 25 days traversing the entire west coast of Ireland throughout both rural and urban areas before

Myself and my partner stayed in Parknasilla overnight. We had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms and restaurant were top class , I've stayed on a number of occasions and would echo the same sentiments. The outdoor pool is unrivalled for its beautiful views . The pier to swim off is incredible. Upon leaving the following morning, my partner left a valuable necklace on dressing table along with rings of little significance. It was was only later that evening we realised that we had left the items in the hotel room. Immediately we rang the hotel. It was from this point I became completely disillusioned with Parknasillas protocols and customer service. We received a phone call the following day saying that there was no possibility the items were left in the room and were extremely defensive. Very little empathy was shown for our considerable loss. We travelled back days later. It was a four hour round journey, we requested to look in the room ourselves, only to be told it was occupied and this would not be possible. We were told we would be contacted by housekeeping the following morning once they had carried out an investigation. We received absolutely no response from housekeeping or management. Ten days later , still upset by the loss I contacted Parknasilla again and asked to speak to the manager as I was deeply unhappy with how this was left. I spoke to a lovely kind empathetic front of house manager, who assured me that she would look into the matter diligently. She took all relevant details and expressed a genuine concern for the jewelery. Which I have to add was reassuring. The following day I received a phone call from the Deputy manager. She insisted on telling me it was not possible for anything to go missing from the room as the only people that had access were housekeeping staff. She also to me that everytime this has happened in the past, items have shown up and in fact it was the guests that were wrong. She said she welcomed any Gardai investigation. That was the best comfort that could be offered. I was also offered a letter from my insurance company. This is a disgrace that 4☆ hotel would instruct a customer to initiate a Gardai investigation. I also asked if she was in my position, would she be happy with how I was being treated, her reply was she had lost a piece of jewellery on her wedding day and these things happen. If this is the standard procedure, I will never again be staying in Parknasilla and most certainly not be recommending this Hotel. As customers when we stay higher standard accommodation. We thrust that our valuables are safe. I will never again trust Parknasilla after this awful experience.

Firstly, our room was beautiful and couldn’t be faulted; large, very comfortable bed, big airy room, wonderful view. Unfortunately breakfast choices were limited for anyone who does not enjoy a full Irish, which I don’t. Given the rates charged, there should have been a more extensive choice, e.g fish, French toast. A request for a fish option was met with blank expressions by staff. The fresh fruit choice was very good on our first morning, but thereafter limited. While the hotel itself certainly merits a 4* rating, the breakfast is 3*, at best.

This lovely small comfortable hotel does exactly as it says. A 3 star well run friendly place with great food and lovely professional helpful staff. The location is a perfect base for exploring the Dingle peninsula. Beach within 15 minute walking distance along lovely quiet road. I highly recommend this great little hotel.

Very good hotel, stayed for two nights. There is limited hospitality options in the area so you do need a good hotel. Food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner with some outdoor seating looking over the sea. Normal menu with specials available each day. Good buzz in their bar, decent choice of beers, pale ale on tap, lovely coffee. Room had enough overspill space for cases. Comfortable bed, toiletries provided, lots of free parking ardoun the hotel. Handy for Skellig as long as you have a car - 10min drive into Portmagee. Friendly team of staff generally. Would return.
