還行吧，就是酒店設施太老舊了

在辦理入住手續的路上，接待員甚至不想跟我說話，只是用電話。當我回到房間準備退房時，清潔工打開了我的房間，當時我才早上 10 點。早上 9-10 點左右清潔工會發出很大噪音，如果你是女性，很容易感到不舒服，我不推薦你來這裡

I was not appreciate about the hotel not suitable with the price , not organized and not good service, the room wasn’t clean , nohave towel, wifi very slow . Such a bad experience.

Toilet is damaged

Very very bad hotel ever, I spent time with my family to KEP, I expect to get a nice stay with this hotel but all disappointed, toilet unclean, dust in the room, also bad breakfast. I wish I would not experienced kind of like this hotel. Not recommend to stay this hotel.

The people at reception were so polite and helpful, however, everything after that went south! The bathroom had no shower curtain and basic toiletries, but the water was hot. The room was clean with basic amenities. The balcony had a nice view over the road to a huge swimming pool. Cannot imagine when the slimy pool was last cleaned! The real problem was breakfast. The cuisine was basically Asian and all I could have was watermelon, toast and jam and coffee.No accommodating Western tastes! Instead of staying three nights we only stayed one. The real pity with Rock Royal is that when we stayed there six years ago the accommodation was great including a delicious breakfast catering for all tastes!Nothing has been spent on upkeep and it shows. The hotel needs a major makeover! Such a pity, but these are the facts.

La piscine face a la mer est pas mal, mais tout le reste laisse a désirer... je m'attendais a autre choses... déçu ... Je vais trouver un endroit avec moins de prétentions pour ce soir, et je suis sur que ce seras plus "confort" ...
