The room was semi clean, water on the floor, hair in the shower, parking is very limited, they have a person in the entrance telling non guests they can’t park here, the hostess in the restaurant was very slow & rude! After a 15 minute wait while 4-5 people looked at the computer screen, we. Asked for a table for 2 and were told they were full - even though there wasn’t another person in the restaurant! Do not send your clients to this place!

Disappointing. We had booked a king suite. Without informing us they put us in a downgraded room. They claimed this was a mistake. Thankfully we called them out on this. They then attempted to make up for it by offering us dinner or a night in one of their villas.

Our stay was fantastic, food and service amazing, super comfortable rooms, special shout out to staff Bella, Riley and Jaxon extremely helpfull and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The brunch buffet on Sunday was to die for highly recommend!!!

Excellent hotel and amenities, perfect for a Winter stay out of season. I imagine that it must a completely different experience during the high season!
Room was perfect, very clean, bed comfy and the pool in the Arms section is amazing!

Overall it was a nice cozy hotel. Only issue was that the water would fluctuate hot and cold during the shower and it burned my head. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Eldiorado is a beautiful location. Odd to Check In 3 blocks away. Chef provided a wonderful dinner for 6 colleagues. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect setting to launch a new Business Project. Breakfast was also excellant!
