Great location and amenities. Lights around outdoor hot tub and pool are very harsh and bright which distracts the beautiful view. Bathroom towels are very hard as if they are not put in a hot dryer. Bed is very comfy bu the bottom sheet was very worn and bally, So it almost feels like flannel. Other than that great stay! Would stay again.

We had an extraordinary stay at The Royal Kelowna in a 1 BRQ suite. We made full use of the amenities in the apar**ent including a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and patio, as well as the hotel amenities like the rooftop patio with infinity pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs with some of the best views in Kelowna. The hotel is is conveniently located to tourist attractions and entertainment, parks and dining/shopping options. The Royal is one of Kelowna’s best-kept secrets.

Great location if you’re staying in Kelowna. Right on the lake with a beautiful view, and within walking distance from their main street area. Our condo was perfect for two couples, plenty of room and nice amenities, including a washer/dryer in the unit.

Hotel room we stayed has 3br. All bedrooms is excelent just not the matress in the masteroom. Was look overuse and uncomfortable. So we mention to the frontdesk and they did replace with different matress. Which it was great. We had spectacular view from our room. Furniture quiet old. Should upgrade. They charge for parking daily. Also charge for service fee. We requested to clean our room the next 2 nights after we stayed but front desk said there is no service or housekeeping at the moment. But they charge us hotel service and fee daily.

There was a huge clump of black hair on the shower wall. When I showed the manager, he apologized and said that he would take half off our bill. When I went to checkout the receptionist told me that they couldn’t do anything for us because we booked through ******* which was incredibly disappointing. This experience is going to make me think twice about booking through a third party like ******* because if any issues arrive deon our stay, the hotel will not do anything about it.
