Big room but not clean. When i went to the balcony the ashtray was full of farts. The balcony was not clean too. The food was not like for a 5 star hotel. Old vegetables, the banica was mixed with fresh and old pieces, lack of varied food. I was with my little girl and I was worried about what food she was eating It has a good spa and swimming pools.

Worst service ever, customer services is on bottom level. Prices are ridiculous and not worth it. Me and my partner from UK decided to stay there for 5 days we were so bored . It was over crowded and boring nothing to do . They want ridiculous money for renting equipment for example for tennis outside or table tennis . I was in shock, 30 min tennis cost 100lev ( 2xtennis rackets + balls ) this is crazy , we thought we would have affordable fun holiday but Kings Valley managed to disappoint us. Kings Valley wanted to get so king of starts or approval so they got entertainment room , very poor and bad . They have table tennis of course no rackets to play. We asked receptionist and they told us we have to rent , guess the price to rent stupid table tennis rackets 50lev ( not to buy them just rent) . So yeah we didn’t rent anything and we were extremely bored , as the hotel is located middle of nowhere. I wanted to talk with hotel manager to complain they told be few times he is busy. What kind of joke hotel manager is this not to pay attention to the guests and not to find time to listen to a complaint. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY , DON’T GO TO KINGS VALLEY. Around EU is so many amazing hotels cheaper than this . ( we paid a lot for our rooms , I am regretting it)

Looks clean and modern (because it is new). Spa is ok. Pools are ok. However, service is bad, not enough personnel working. Spent two hours waiting in line to check-in at the reception. Food was only ok. Nothing interesting in the area around.

I liked the hotel very much. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely great! Huge variety and abundance of food! I think the price was worth the stay. Only two disadvantages : the service is really bad unfortunately and the room was not so clean.

Breathtaking spacious. Room was excellent, spa was great with tons of pools and saunas. Had a very professional massage. Booked with breakfast & dinner. Dinner was buffet style and not 5 star - but a good 4 star. The only downside is the service staff: Almost nobody speaks English or at least a foreign language. It was a bit funny to watch the panic attack when, for example, I ordered a beer and the waiter ran away at high speed – to find the one college that was able to understand what I wanted. Or we just got ignored when we received a glass of white wine instead of a red wine as the waiter was unable to understand what we complained and just ignored our comment. Not by bad mood – simply because she didn´t understand. Same at the reception but there it took less time to find a translator or an English-speaking staff – member. And obviously many have not really been trained in service business. Almost everyone was friendly (or at least trying to be) - but many had no clue what to do. Nevertheless, we would come back as the facilities offered are phantastic and we hope that the service will improve over time.

The hotel is new with great facilities to enjoy some vacation time. Friendly staff and very good variety of food at the restaurants. It would have been a perfect stay for our family (travelling with a kid and an infant) if the housekeeping department was doing their job as the rest of the hotel staff. Our room was left without a housekeeper’s visit 3 days in a row and we had to run after them in the corridor to get some clean towels and have our garbage taken care of. It was the same for the rest of guests we met. Apparently the management had assigned only one housekeeper on our floor (70+ guest rooms). Not really a pleasant stay considering the hotel ranking… Too bad for such a nice place.

To start with when.we asked for a room with a view the receptionist said we’ll like it and the only thing that we could see was a car park. Obviously they don’t know the term "room with a view". Secondly you’ll be always meet with a smile when you ask them to solve any issues but they won’t do anything to fix it.. Thirdly there are no procedure to check the spa facilities and amenities which can be annoying for certain things you’re expecting to be done. And finally cash is the best way to go if you don’t want to face troubles with your finances, the accountancy department is just useless to solve any issues with your payment if something goes wrong. I’ve never had experienced such an incompetence EVER. In conclusion I’d hardly will recommend King’s Valley Spa hotel to anyone even to my enemies. Just stay away from it.

The hotel building is luxurious, made from quality materials, aesthetically pleasing with plenty of space to relax in. The room we stayed in was spacious with a lovely terrace, lovely view, well designed, stylish, the lighting was great, bed was comfy, bathroom was big and equipped with high quality cosmetics for us to use which is a huge bonus, compared to other premium spa hotels I have been in. I loved that the floors were made out of thick concrete and covered with thick carpet, so no noise complaints whatsoever. The spa and pool area was also great, however a bit small, compared to the guest capacity of the hotel, it was difficult for us to find tanning beds and space to leave our robes. The pool water was clean and of perfect temperature. Breakfast was also great with a big variety of options to choose from. Here are a few things I did not enjoy: our robes were not replaced with fresh ones on the second day. For dinner we could choose between a buffet or their traditional Bulgarian restaurant where the service was not so great: we had to repeat a few times or choices to the waiter, my fiance ordered a burger that came without fries that they tried to charge us extra for, we had to explain they are included in the burger, as the menu says, they took them out of the bill at the end but the staff should have been trained in advance so that we could have spent our time enjoying our meal and not having to worry about such things. At the spa a cleaning lady made a remark at us that we should stop the showers after having used them while we were stopping to showers so she should have kept her unnecessary comment to herself as she is not there to teach us etiquette. Mini bar was not replaced after we consumed the food from it. Overall I loved it but some minor things can be improved.
