Crowne Plaza 堪薩斯市市區(Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown)

켄사스시티 다운타운에 일이 있어 스테이하면 전반적으로 무난 합니다. 호텔 시설은 오래 되어서 많아 낡았습니다. 아침 조식은 별로 였습니다.

The hotel was very clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle service which took us wherever we wanted to go in a 1 mile radius.

Great location nice hotel. Could use a little refresh.

Good hotel

The parking situation isn't clear that you can park then take the ticket when you check in. It states you check in then park in the garage which is a nigh**are when there's construction and no real street parking available. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny, two people couldn't fit in there to get ready. The light by the desk stopped working, the phone in the room is just for show, there's no cord connecting it to the phone line. We were given a "helpful check in" document with the on site restaurant and WiFi info, but there was no code listed to be able to connect to the Wi-Fi. When I tried it on my phone, using my last name and room number, it wouldn't accept that either. We were told by the manager on duty and the shuttle driver to call for a ride after the concert we were attending was over. The driver gave me his business card. I called at 11pm when the concert let out, it went to voicemail. After 3 attempts I called the hotel directly and was told the driver had already gone home for the night. The walls were paper thin, you could hear conversations word for word from the hallway and next room.

For as expensive as it was I expected more. The rooms were mediocre. The location was awesome. You have to pay for parking, and we got put in a room right next to the service elevator so we basically paid 500+ for 2 night of good location mediocre room and no sleep. All night long the service elevator going at all times.

Stephanie the front desk manager would not allow my young kids and I to check into our room she stated was available without paying extra! We were arriving from a long train ride and were only 45 minutes early for checkin. We were made to sit and just wait in the lobby. Shuttle service was confusing and not readily available. Staff provided little information in how to get around or what attractions were nearby.

I’ve liked the property because it was close to everything that we were in Kansas City for. Everyone was nice kind everything was easily findable and very courteous shuttle driver!

Couldn’t find my prepaid reservation at fist and tried to charge me for the stay again. Breakfast was included in my reservation but they did not have our room number on the breakfast list, again, almost charging us…
