託阿飯店和桑給巴爾溫泉(Toa Hotel & Spa Zanzibar)

It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah. You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down. Habituellement plutôt "réservé" sur mes commentaires, j'ai été extrêmement satisfait de mon séjour en solo au TOA. Tout avait bien commencé en France quand j'ai demandé ma prise en charge pour la navette aéroport et cela a été confirmé à mon arrivée. Un accueil au top, des installations parfaites pour un séjour où tout est fait pour vous mettre dans des conditions exceptionnelles... Ally est à la baguette et impulse cette bienveillance à l'ensemble de son équipe (merci Cecilia pour votre gentillesse 😉) qui n'a de cesse que de vous chouchouter ! La cuisine est également parfaite ... n'oubliez pas la pêche du jour 👌🏻

Très bon hôtel : + chambre spacieuse avec un très grand lit confortable + grande salle de bain bien équipée + grande piscine propre + personnel très gentil et serviable avec une mention spéciale pour Cécilia à l'accueil qui a été aux petits soins pour nous ! + Excellent restaurant avec une nourriture variée et de qualité - Il y a une cloison ajourée entre la salle de bain et la chambre. Il faudrait pouvoir occulter la lumière qui vient de la salle de bain sinon il fait grand jour dès le lever du soleil (malgré les rideaux occultants sur les portes-fenêtres de la chambre)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Toa Hôtel & Spa ! Le personnel est aux petits soins et à l’écoute au quotidien. Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe et mention spéciale à Cecilia qui nous a accueilli avec professionnalisme ! Les chambres sont sublimes, la piscine est super, avec une vue sur une magnifique plage. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

We have spent 3 nights in this lovely new brand- clean hotel. The service is excellent! All people in the hotel are so friendly, flexible and kind. All wanting to take the extra step. Zamzam and Esther were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are very comfortable, the shower excellent, and all is so very clean. You can see that this hotel invested in having a very nice staff crew. We also had a live music night, with a BBQ, tasting all fresh and very well. We were there in rain season and multiple times a day everything needed to be changed, like sunbeds and dinner tables, the staff all did it with a smile! Everybody speaks English very well. Day trips can be organized in the hotel. The spa is wonderful too! We all 4 took great massages! We were here with a family, which was great, but couples will love this place too. In the evening every table has a nice candle and the a**osphere is very romantic. To summarize: our stay was excellent and lovely. Great compliments to the complete staff, from kitchen, to maintenance, bar and beach staff, and front office. This place is lovely!!!

Superbe hôtel servi par un personnel toujours souriant et au petits soin. Les chambres sont spacieuses, climatisées, super propres et très joliment décorées. La literie de bonne qualité. La salle de fitness est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Belle piscine avec le bar au centre pour prendre un verre assis dans l’eau. Mes seuls commentaires (puisqu’il faut en faire) seraient pour la cuisine : les menus manquent de renouvellement et ne prenez pas les desserts : il manque un vrai pâtissier à cet établissement. Enfin le buffet petit-déjeuner est un peu trop restreint. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, à l’accueil, le service en chambre, le ménage, barman, spa … vous êtes au top.

Als Paar hatten wir das Vergnügen, im TOA Hotel & Spa in Zanzibar zu übernachten, und wir können es kaum in Worte fassen, wie wunderbar unser Aufenthalt war. Hier sind einige unserer Eindrücke: Lage und Umgebung Das Hotel liegt direkt am weißen Sandstrand und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Indischen Ozean. Der Strand ist ruhig und abgeschieden, perfekt für romantische Spaziergänge bei Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben die friedliche A**osphäre sehr genossen. Zimmer und Royal Suite Unsere Suite im TOA Hotel & Spa war einfach traumhaft. Die Royal Suite bot viel Platz, eine private Terrasse mit Meerblick und ein luxuriöses Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung war stilvoll und modern, und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Besonders die Aussicht von unserer Terrasse aus war atemberaubend – der perfekte Ort, um den Tag zu beginnen oder zu beenden. Kulinarische Erlebnisse Das Restaurant im Hotel verwöhnte uns mit einer Vielzahl von Köstlichkeiten. Von frischen Meeresfrüchten bis zu exotischen Gewürzen – wir wurden kulinarisch verwöhnt. Das Frühstück am Strand war ein Highlight, und das Abendessen im Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer war einfach magisch. Entspannung im Spa Der Spa-Bereich war ein weiteres Highlight. Wir genossen entspannende Massagen und Wellnessbehandlungen. Die Therapeuten waren professionell und sorgten dafür, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Das Personal Das Personal im TOA Hotel & Spa verdient besondere Erwähnung. Vom freundlichen Manager bis zur aufmerksamen Reinigungskraft – alle waren äußerst zuvorkommend und bemühten sich, unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu gestalten. Wir fühlten uns wirklich wie VIP-Gäste. Fazit Das TOA Hotel & Spa ist der perfekte Ort für Paare, die nach Ruhe, Luxus und Romantik suchen. Wir werden diesen Aufenthalt für immer in Erinnerung behalten und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Nous avons séjourne dans ce magnifique hôtel pris en charge par ester qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit magique .jai retenu une phrase dite par ester [si le King et quenn are hapy we are verry happy for that] tout le personnel restaurant bar plage reception à nos petits soins .toutes nos demandes ont été reçues. Literie hyper confortable,chambre très propre frigo garnie tou les jours eau soda ,spectacle et repas sue la plage .la seule petite remarque c est le pain qest pas bon .mais ils me l'ont remplacer par le pain traftionel chapati qu'est excelent merci encore aux cuisiniers barman réceptionniste femme de chambre, chauffeur les locaux de nous avoir accueilli dans ce magnifique pays .on reviendra sûrement chez vous ...tout est à 100%garanti soleil nourriture repos paysage gentillesse....

The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and stunning city skyline views. The attention to detail in the room decor and plush bedding provided a restful night's sleep. The dining options exceeded our expectations, offering diverse, delicious dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The highlight was the exceptional service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and welcoming stay.
