新奧爾良藝術維爾豪斯區萬麗飯店的評論

酒店位置鬧中取靜，離景點走路10分鐘左右即可到達。大堂服務親切，房間乾淨整潔，應有盡有，健身房在頂樓 ，設施一應俱全。酒店對面有家咖啡館，咖啡和麪包都挺好吃的。

這是一家乾淨且價格合理的酒店。 停車設施不足，沒有提供早餐，有點不方便

Wifi internet and TV did not work during my entire stay. Called front desk staff who only told me to turn it off and back on which didn't work.

we had broken, outdated furniture in the room, very unreliable wireless connection, staff was nice but seemed very inexperienced, they didn't find our reservation at first. Way too expensive, prize is not justified.

Nice place, I as charged double though

This stay was a complete bust. First off, I paid extra through ********** for the "Staycation Parking Package"in order to avoid street parking during the parade. Not only was it "unavailable" and "full" per the front desk, we ended up getting caught in parade traffic for an hour while looking for alternate parking that we ended up paying an additional $25 for. Finally arrived at the front desk and the reception was generally rude and unhelpful. Asked whether the rooftop jacuzzi was still open, which is the main reason we booked this place, and was told that it was damaged by hurricane Ida and under renovation. While I fully understand structural damage secondary to weather is somewhat inevitable in New Orleans, there was absolutely no mention anywhere on their website that this was the case. For the money spent on this place, we would have stayed at a much nicer hotel in a different location had we known these amenities were not available. The room was fine, but nothing special. Overall feel very misled by the advertising and do not recommend this hotel.

Can't review - bounced to Le Meridien. 2nd time this has happened due to over-booking.

They did not have a room for me and forced me to move to a different hotel

Their pool was out of order and I was not informed before booking… disappointed

We went for mardigras and the parade took place right in front of the hotel which was pretty cool. We only spent 24hrs at this hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful, however, the hotel itself is a little outdated, especially our room. the A/C was not working so I had to call for someone to fix it, they sent someone up right away and got it working. the location of the hotel is walking distance to canal but it's also tucked away so that you're not bothered with the loud noise and traffic.

The stay was okay because we were on the go. The biggest issues were that we reserved a king and were put in a handicapped, the shower did not work, and we could not get the water to adjust to a cooler temperature. The beds were small which LJ meant we slept apart which did not really promote a romantic night.

The place was as described and met all expectations, including warnings of street closures for Mardi Gras.
