諾克斯維爾 - 市中心希爾頓歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville-Downtown)

We stayed here for two nights while attending a music festival. The staff was very nice, but the room was incredibly noisy. The hotel is clearly aware that the street side of the hotel is loud because they supply a white noise machine and ear plugs. I would ABSOLUTELY avoid staying on the street side if possible. The room was clean and well stocked otherwise. The breakfast area had been wiped out when we came down to eat at 8:30 and we had to ask if there was more food. Again, the staff jumped in and tried to fix the issue but we had to get moving. They did comp our parking which was appreciated. It's an easy walk to all the fun things in downtown Knoxville and we left our car parked the entire weekend. We would stay again, but definitely only in an interior room

The accommodations were clean up to date and comfortable. The only issue we had was the noise that sounded like something tapping against the wall and a bed squeeking.

Great location and Hampton doesn’t let ya down - all around nice facility perfect location - little more to stay here but we’ll worth the extra!

The staff was great. Loved the room. The ability to enter the hotel if you parked on the 2nd floor of the parking was a great plus. The only issue I had was the noise from the late night traffic. I would stay there again

It was very nice & a very nice staff & it was close to thompson boling arena, we walked to the disturbed cincert & had a awesome time!!!!! 🤘 thank you!!!!!

The overall experience was good. Finding out about the $20.00 per day parking at time of check in was very disappointing. That should be disclosed when making the reservation. Place was clean, staff was friendly and beds were hard as a stone slab.

Only issue was my room was on the street side so there was lots of traffic noise even on the 5th floor. Staff were super nice and room was clean!

Upon checking found a light bulb that need to be replaced.(shouldn't that be on a check list ?), a broken bed that made a horrible noise when a person turned over (appeared to be like someone jumped on the mattress and broke boards) in a couple of drawers bottle cap and other detritus left from previous "guests" (again shouldn't this be a on check list) for the price I paid the facility was just very average. However the staff was friendly and helpful Got our light bulb !

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way multiple times to accommodate my needs and circumstances.
