「不錯的酒店,在市中心,從火車站到酒店很容易,離卡爾斯魯厄博物館,staatliches博物館和聖誕市場也步行距離,位於鎮主街,到處都是商店,餐館,看到人們在檢查過程中掙扎是很常見的,這可能會讓人困惑,而不是每個人,所以他們應該改進檢查機器」

「酒店內環境很好，也很安靜。房間麪積挺大的，兩個大老爺們兒拖着5個箱子入住也不顯得擠。洗手間很乾凈。前台很認真，辦完入住會很詳細的介紹網絡，酒店周邊注意事項之類的事情。酒店離hbf就大概5分鐘的腳程，所以交通很方便。唯一的問題來自於酒店周邊環境。hbf附近是出了名的亂，出門的話要小心小偷，小心飛葉子的那些人，尤其疫情期間千萬注意。不過酒店裡麪很安靜，也很安全就是了。」

前台衹有一位工作人員負責辦理入住，房間送的水需要開瓶器衹能自己去前台拿
特別要感謝前台叫A.Kalif的工作人員，雖然她很忙工作也多，我們寄存行李，需要開水也是很快的給我們處理

那裡的婦女非常友好。就我個人而言，我睡得不好，因為床墊對我來說太硬了。
不幸的是，馬桶刷壞了，水槽的鎖也有缺陷，關上後就無法再打開了。感謝上帝，我帶了鑷子，設法把插頭拔了出來。最好有一個用於清潔淋浴地板的橡膠掃帚，這樣所有東西就不會被水淹沒。否則，風扇會帶給你涼爽的感覺。

TTaDunicornDer Spabereich war sehr schön und auch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich bestückt, und es gab genug Plätze. Leider wirkte die Servicekraft im Frühstücksraum etwas gehetzt und hat ihre eigenen Vorstellungen davon, wer sich wohin setzen sollte, damit ihre Wege möglichst kurz bleiben. Menschlich verständlich, aber in so einem Haus bei dem Service nicht ganz so glücklich.

TTIANYI位置很好的四星級賓館。酒店距離商業區域都很近，周圍的環境也很好。從主火叫出租車差不多9歐元。酒店的衛生不錯，前台的服務人員態度非常友好。酒店設施齊全，還有健身房。衹是客房內裝修的質感再好一點就更好了。以後再來卡魯還會選擇住這裏。

FFortiswong房間很大,設施齊全,附近有超市,可以買到所有食物和飲料。火車站的出租車只有ECU 8-,有些司機可能不喜歡走這麼短的距離,教/讓你坐電車。一個美麗的寧靜小鎮,放鬆身心。

家具很簡單，但很實用。我住的公寓配備了小廚房、微波爐、冰箱、碗盤、餐具等。非常實用，尤其是距離雜貨店只有100公尺左右。
總而言之，還不錯。

SSUSAN TOMIf we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service.
The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had.
Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room.
The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that.
The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

訪訪客用戶Location is Uber central. It is infact quite excellently situated. Staff are superb. Very friendly and helpful indeed. The price was very good, and based on that - the value is about as good as it gets in Germany. Room contained a desk, chair, TV, longer chair, bed side lamp, reading lamp, multiple outlets, 2x towel, 1x bath mat and complimentary shampoo soap at the sink and shower. There were multiple radiators at your disposal and tissue paper and bathroom paper. The single room was a good sized with a large window. Everything was clean. There was a place to store bicycles or indeed borrow those offered. Breakfast was available though I didn't try. There is also an elevator. Again...for the price paid it is deserving of 5/5.
