The staff of the hotel from room boy to receptionist to manager are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There's plenty of parking space for the Indian visitors and their vehicles. The upkeep and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms is clear to see. Nothing is broken, cracked, missing or out of order.....unlike several hotels in India. I have stayed in this place more than 3-4 times in the past 5 years. It used to be a good place to stay and used to offer decent breakfast too. This time, I found the room in worst shape possible, cockroaches inside the room and corridor, dirty bed covers and towels etc. etc. They also stopped offering breakfast. There is almost no housekeeping in this hotel now. Please avoid this hotel until they renovate and improve housekeeping. Its in a great location but not worth staying for that reason alone.
