Room service was disastrous; asked for an extra bottle of drinking water, got none. No coffee maker, safe locker, no hangers for clothes and not even local news channels on tv.

One of the key reason to book this hotel was mind-blowing terrace view of the seashore vivekanandar rock, statue. This is the one of main hotel located very nearby to the sea shore.

Good location with some rooms having ocean view. Ac working fine but upkeep and maintenance in the rooms not upto the mark. Basic facilities. For food, prefer eating in the market.

Hotel is in prime location. But very old interiors and lot of dust in the room. Not good for children.

The hotel is really a congested one. Parking facility is very poor. Lot of people are always there. One morning there was difficulty of water availability in toilets, but it is appreciable anyways that the staffs are trying there best to accommodate everyone. Check out is 10am but though we reached at 1pm, we where forced to wait for some 20 minutes for the check in, that much crowded it was and may be it's because of the peak time (we went on december. Hotel food is good. Importantly never it is worth for rs. 22447. We booked for 2 days for 2 rooms for rs. 22447- and that is really expensive because nothing for that is there in this hotel.

Stayed two days from 5 to 7 jean 2024 and location is good for breakfast they issued the token with limited items that may not feel good.

Hotel is big and spacious room, but not good customer support or service, hotel wont do room service, hot water is limited by timing in mrg and eve pros: near to ferry service and spacious rooms

Worst ever experience across all my stays. No intercom facility. Shabby room. Untidy washroom. The hotel staff did not pick up calls made via cellphone, i had to call as my room was on 3rd floor and no inter-comm device was available. provided me with a voucher but the pain was real. My wife had walked down the reception to ask for a bottle of water, they did not provide it immediately and said that they will send it to our room, they never did! we did not get drinking water, you understand how careless this is? the water glass inside the room was smelly & uncleaned, it had something sticky on it. receptionist offered me a bottle when i was checking out, i did not allow their staff to lift my luggage bags while leaving as i was utterly upset.

Decent hotel, extra bed was on floor and both were kind of small, breakfast was buffet and was reasonably priced and tasted good. The view was good, sun rise visible but we were not very lucky with the sun due to clouds. The furnishing was kind of mostly aged but worked, room did not give super clean feeling.
