Location of the hotel scores the highest. Front desk not customer friendly, especially when we book from travel portals. Room service ok. The ac machine wardrobes definitely needs attention for readiness. Not sure when the tea cup was replaced. Stain, stain and stain. Food, bit sugary. Definitely not a preferred hotel. But, can be kept as an option of choice.

Wedding reception was conducted on sunday 21/4/24 at Souparnika Mini Hall 11 am to 2 pm They arranged quality veg lunch for 250 persons, Guest were pleased and satisfied with the lunch, there were no complaints. The Hall was booked in advance in November 2023 itself. Every month they contacted and discussed how to arrange the lunch grandly. of course, They obtained the full amount in advance for Hall and catering.

Good rooms and nice ambiance, the service is overall good, good restaurant, nearby bus bay and shops for shopping

The location of the hotel is good. Concierge desk always answered our queries with a smile. Room was spacious - well-maintained property. The house keeping was excellent and prompt. Room service was good. Breakfast options were limited but freshly made and delicious. Overall a pleasant stay.

This is my 3rd stay in last few years. The place continues to be very warm and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Added to it the vegetarian restaurant is a wonderful place to eat good quality food. Thanks for making my stay comfortable.

I was going to play a badminton tournament with friends and choose udipi hotel as it's vegetarian. My friends came there for my sake 1. The dust at the back of the bed is so much. They don't clean there at all 2. The bathroom water flows into the whole bathroom 3 the lady there argues with me even for a bottle of 500ml water. 4 worst of all when i booked they promised me a discount and never gave it. It cost me 1800 Rs extra. 5 next door Sahana is way more modern. The staff more generous and our whole team was staying there. We chose this because it's vegetarian and i got a good deal. I tried very hard to follow up for the discount but it is just a road block. No response at all 6 and can you imagine that same lady did not even want to give us a grace period of one hour. Saying we can give 10mins 7 they don't have a system where they replace your coffee tea everyday. You have to beg for it and listen to that lady again I am extremely sorry that I chose this hotel

1- access is easy to hotel 2- spacious parking 3- good veg restaurant in the ground floor and staff is polite and always helpful 4- rooms are bit compact and it is bit old style kind of

I feel very pleasant and neat & hygienic. I will give 5 star rate. Easily accessible for bus stand
