康提W15漢塔納莊園飯店-全包式(W15 Hanthana Estate Kandy)

Wir waren zwei Nächte im W15. Es war ein Fehler, denn wir hätten mindestens 3 Nächte dort bleiben sollen. Das Hotel liegt unweit von der vibrierenden Stadt Kandy. Nach dem Sightseeing schätzten wir den paradiesischen Rückzugsort sehr. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend, die Anlage sehr gepflegt, Service und Food top. Unser Sohn hat die Exkursion mit dem Jeep gemacht und war begeistert. Wir kommen wieder!

Una muy buena experiencia. Lamentablemente el tiempo no nos acompañó ya que llovió intensamente durante los 3 días que estuvimos alojados pero el hotel y la ubicación son espectaculares. Mención aparte merece todo el personal del hotel que en todo momento prestaron un servicio excelente. Atentos, amables y siempre a la disposición del cliente. A pesar del que el viaje hasta el hotel puede resultar fatigoso y cansado, una vez allí merece totalmente la pena el esfuerzo. Es un lugar para descansar, relaj**** y desconectar de todo. Todo ello acompañado por un servicio y personal excelentes, una gastronomía muy cuidada y unas serie de actividades que serán del agrado de los visitantes. En caso de desearlo, merece la pena visitar la ciudad de Kandy. Es muy recomendable.

W15 Hanthana Estate is an elegant bungalow set within beautiful grounds. The accommodation is really comfortable and the views are stunning. Equally importantly the staff are exceptionally welcoming and enthusiastic about making your stay comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to learn about and experience the Sri Lankan food and natural world. Special mention must go to Eraj and Manjula who were excellent at looking after us throughout our 6 night stay. We couldn't have felt more important, our comfort and happiness was clearly important to them. Also executive chef, Viraj who spent a lot of time with guests to make sure they were enjoying their stay and getting the food they enjoyed. We experienced many different types of Sri Lankan dishes, as well as more western dishes. The produce was beautifully presented and fresh and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed taking part in a Sri Lankan cookery demonstration led very proficiently by chef Madushanka. Banuka, the nature ranger was so enthusiastic to share his knowledge of the local area with us and other guests during the jeep safari and hiking trips. Suragna did an excellent job of keeping our room comfortable and clean, and was so respectful. I also book a massage and facial with Udani, a visiting therapist. There is not a permanent spa at the hotel but a table will be set up in a vacant room or your own. This is the only extra cost. She performed a bit of a miracle with her deep tissue facial. I looked years younger afterwards. There are of course other people on the W15 who we didn't know so well, in the kitchen and gardens front office. Sorry not to mention them by name. But the important thing to say is each person we met had a warm smile of welcome and was doing a very good job of keeping the hotel looking gorgeous and guests feeling happy. The all inclusive was very generous. We ate and drank far more than we needed. There were Chilean wines, Australian sparkling wine, cocktails, beers and spirits. A decent coffee was available and a good tea menu.

Beautiful hotel set in the hanthana hills. It takes you back to colonial times. We stayed in room no:5 it was a deluxe suit beautifully decorated. We loved everything about the hotel. Great and very kind staff . All the food we had there was just amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an exceptional and luxurious stay in Kandy.

A wonderful place with wonderful staff. Although it might be one of the most expensive hotels in Sri Lanka, they are exceptionally down to earth and informative, trying their best to make feel everyone comfortable. Smooth checking with nice warm welcome drink and warm towels, They were also exceptionally nice with our kids! I visited this heaven with my family friends. Their service was superb and the food was really good. we spent with this lovely staff and Manager invited us to participate for their Christmas tree lighting up event on our first day. It was the first experience in my life and we felt honored. We will be coming back for another long vacation.

The staff at the W15 Hanthana were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected . Surrounded by mountains and the weather is perfect for a vacation! The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Stay at w15 made my honeymoon extra special and memorable ❤️ thank you for having us !

W 15 Hanthana is a recommended place for nature lovers. We witnessed a magnificent view of the rising sun through clouds and mountains. This hotel is well equipped and hospitality ranks at the top. Staff took extra steps to prepare vegetarian meals for me and the food was delicious. Hotel has some unique cocktails and drinks which adds extra flavour to the menu. It is an ideal place to hike and we were guided by naturalist, Mr. Chamila who holds an in-depth knowledge about different treks, plants and birds. Overall, one of the best hotels I stayed in Sri Lanka.

I visited this boutique hotel with my parents. It's a stunning property with a Panoramic view. The staff were very attentive- no request was too much of a hassle. We were looked after well by the manager and butlers Dilan, Silva, Upul and Tharaka. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! The food was also good, especially the afternoon tea. We will be back.
