The place is so peaceful and nice and the staff were so accommodating. The place is a little far up which a car or maybe a TukTuk can drive but staff of the resort is superb. We left an item over to the resort and they handled everything and sent a parcel to our next destination. Kudos to the team! And the dogs they have

Yesterday I have going to this hotel with my guests. They coming from india. Unfortunately entrance road is very bad mountain road. Two times my Toyota Prius car under damage. After the guest dropping off I ask from hotel manager about driver accommodations. He have say they not given driver accommodation and meals. But due to bad road conditions cars cannot going up and down easily. Foreign guest going with me round tour. My opinion is I’m not recommend that hotel for foreign guests. If you hope to visit this place take own four Weel drive jeep. Hotel only have good view. But service is zero. Don’t go this terrible place. Around kandy city limits you can good view hotel better than this village hotel .you can buy any thing from kandy city. This hotel situated 18 km from kandy city

We stayed for two nights in their Sky Pavilion room and I must say the overall experience was just peaceful and relaxing. The staff has been nothing short of amazing - I do not believe they ever said "no" to us, they accommodated all of our needs. A special shoutout to Ravihara who was nothing shy of an amazing host. A few things to keep in mind when it comes to the place and the Sky Pavilion Room: 1. Out of town, out of mind: The hotel is quite far from the town (about 20KM from the Kandy Railway station), so traveling back and forth can be a little tricky, but the hotel can arrange that for you just have a chat with them beforehand. It will be tricky with Uber or pickme to get to this place - in our experience it took us about 40+ mins of trying to finally get someone to drop us to the hotel from the railway station. The bonus of being away from the town is the relaxing and beautiful views you get from the hotel. 2. "Brrrr" in mind: The Sky Pavilion does have hot water, but that is only for the shower - the bathtub doesn't, so it will be a little cold in the night to have a soak. This has been communicated to the hotel, so they may have some upgrades in the future. 3. Dodge the heat: On hot days (especially around midday) the Sky Pavilion can be a little unbearable as the AC has a hard time cooling the room, so it would be best to make your trips into town around that time to take in the sights. Yes, I get the whole "if it's hot in the room, it will be hot out there" argument, but you can have your lunch at a nice cafe and then look to take in the sights of the city as the temps get better. 4. Bring your hungry self! These guys will feed you well, the portions were very good and we have no complaints. Overall, we loved our stay there and wished we stayed longer. The staff was amazing and we hope to come back in the future.

We arrived in the afternoon and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings for a few hours before dinner. The dining room was lovely and home made food delicious - massive servings! We had an amazing sleep in the comfortable bed and no noise. We woke in the morning and watched the sunrise from our room. We were checking out at 6:45am, and the manager made us takeaway breakfast as breakfast isn’t usually served until later. Very friendly and accommodating staff, a beautiful stay overall.

Absolutely stunning location and property, a gem in the outer skirts of the hill Capital, Kandy. Well designed and spacious. Cleanliness and security was 100% and friendly, efficient staff. Surrounded by mountains and fresh air, I didnt want to return home 😄. Everything was perfect even for a short business trip. Peace and tranquillity is assured. Wish I had more time to spend there. Manager, Rajitha Herttiarachchi seems to have an all round experience in the hotel and tourism industry. Very obliging and His personal attention during the stay was excellent and made sure meals were served on time and I was comfortable. Meals were tastefully prepared and served, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Rajitha and team for making my stay a memorable one. I will be back for my next vacation.

A great place to visit and spend some quality time. Has a nice and friendly staff, great views, calm and quiet environment with nice sceneries. Food is 5/5: delicious foods are available, seasonal drinks are provided. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views, A/C is available. Bathroom is clean and hot water systems are available. Owner and managers are friendly and actively engaged in comforting the stay. Other staff is also very friendly.

Kandy Victory Eco Resort is truly a hidden paradise surrounded by a range of green mountains and birds. Overall Worth it, the room, petite balcony, and the view (I suggest changing the sitting concrete to a comfy chair pls), and the food was served warm (the presentation & taste were beyond expectations). Sudara the manager is fresh to the place and I was surprised by his clients handling the talent. All the staff were very friendly and treated us like a part of the family. Highly recommend and will love to visit the place again..! always follow Hotell's instructions on the route.! Not the Google map. Not a difficult road I was on my Aqua G’s

We loved our stay at this resort. The drive up was pretty intense as it’s out the way, so we didn’t spend loads of time in the accommodation but wow the views were incredible morning & evening looking out to the river!! Food was nice, staff very friendly. They had dogs on site which were very friendly also. Can be very noisy throughout the night with dogs howling and birds.

Had a wonderful stay there with my family. Hosts and the staff was extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious with a spectacular view.Food was delicious. Mr Rajitha(Manager) wa very friendly and attentive. Recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation.
