真的很乾凈很漂亮。設施超出預期。

I was here on business and chose this place based in ratings but I'm not sure how it got the ratings it has. The room was cleaned but only partially. Lots of hair everywhere in the bathroom as if cleaned with a dirty rag, toilet looked dirty, and surfaces werent wiped down. Toilet ran constantly. Carpets everywhere (room and hallway) were dingy and needed a good deep clean. The attached restaurant wasnt open when it said it was supposed to be. The front desk staff were pleasant but didnt seem to really care. I actually checked out early and stayed somewhere else cleaner. No one asked me why i was checking out early. Its fine as a last minute choice if you're on the road and need to stop for the night for example, but I wont choose this place again.

I frequent the area for work. Thought I would try as this Chain is my favorite. I was quite disappointed for spending $160 for 1 weekday night. Shower curtain was furry. Hair on the cringe. Phone didn’t work. Had to walk to the desk because the remote was dead. Instead of offering replacement batteries Was told idk I’ll have to call maintenance and it’s to late. I just checked in it’s 8:30p. Decided to just sleep n hit the gym. Well the treads and ellipticals turn on but that’s it. Thus far every accommodation that impacted my selection is not of service. The only promising interaction was with the gent whom was running breakfast buffet. Even the outside trash was overflowing making presentation when you arrive horrible. Not again

Bathroom had a towel under the sink that was clearly not ours. Saw it when I was putting on shoes after dropping off bags. Room was extremely poorly lit, like all we had to work off of was the lamps. Customer service was okay, he checked us in, gave us the keys and that was it. Did not direct us to where the room was or anything.

The breakfast service in the morning was fantastic, but there weren't enough towels for me and my wife. No extra blankets or sheets or anything, just the bare minimum. No decorations on the wall except for some pictures that were covered up by the headboard of the bed. the room felt barren and not very inviting.

For what was reported to be Deluxe King room, I was very disappointed. There where extension cords throughout the room. Internet service was poor. The walls had paint scraped off.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get his name but very very nice.

This hotel is a little dated and some things fall through the cracks. Carpets that need a better vacuum. Toilet paper out in the ladies' in the lobby. The beds themselves are quite comfortable but the soap/conditioner/shampoo dispensers aren't the most hygienic. For the price it's a bit lacking especially without any kind of Continental breakfast options. For the brand name, it's kind of a shame. I've stayed in much nicer Hilton's for the same price.

It was nice for the most part. When I went in no one was at the desk I had to look around then he was coming. Very nice though. The area seemed to be kept up for the most part. The shower had little pressure ans the body was and shampoo hooked in the wall was empty which was disappointing. The room was nice and clean.
