房間有點小，但大落地窗還是不錯的，很乾凈，就在湖邊。 沒有停車場可以停在酒店外面，去酒店裡面有一小段路，需要自己搬行李上去。酒店草地上看湖景色不錯。

我推薦這家飯店，景色很棒

沒有車的話出行有點不方便。 對於外國人來說，乘坐公共交通似乎有點困難。 除此之外，它在各個方面都很棒。 景色非常好，前台工作人員也很友好。 早餐很好，提供早餐的工作人員很友好。 如果下次還有機會，我還想留下來療傷。

迷人的酒店，一切都無可挑剔，很難找到不符合標準的東西。 早上的早餐是我吃過的最好的。 我們會第一時間回來

Très bien situées dans un endroit calme, ces suites dominent le lac face à Lecco. Dans un très beau jardin une construction moderne et durable avec un charmant accès au cœur de Malgrate ou à Lecco. Un accueil impeccable et très sympathique, des petits déjeuners très bien servis par un personnel très aimable. Un honesty bar très bien achalandé !!!

Casa Sull’Albero Nous avions réservé une chambre le 16 novembre pour notre séjour du 2 au 5 mai 2025. Nous sommes un couple de plus de 65 ans et nous voyageons avec notre chien. Nous avons été très bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée. Très belle établissement moderne fait de bois et de verre, au milieu d’un beau grand jardin. Notre surprise fut stupéfiante, lorsque nous fûmes conduit à notre chambre. Un « mouchoir de poche» moins de 20 mètres carrés comme annoncé sur booking! Pas de rangement possible pour les bagages. Aucune place pour faire dormir notre chien si ce n’est sur notre lit… La vue sur le sur le jardin est certes très agréable… mais les grandes baies vitrées ne permettent aucune intimité! De plus l’ensoleillement avait fait grimper la température de la chambre à 30 degrés ! La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas…. Nous sommes descendus à la réception pour signaler ce dis fonctionnement…! La réponse fut sans appel, pas de climatisation avant le 15 mai !!!! Le propriétaire ne voulant pas la faire fonctionner !!!! Notre décision fut vite prise, après avoir demandé un remboursement nous avons quitté l’établissement avec l’aide compatissante de la très gentille réceptionniste. Nous avons eu toutes les difficultés pour trouver un autre logement car nous étions le week-end du premier mai… Je ne comprends toujours pas le manque de professionnalisme du propriétaire, et le mépris pour sa clientèle. Nous ne recommanderons jamais cet établissement uniquement pour cette raison !!!

Es war ein sehr schöner Abstecher in dieses schöne Hotel. Es liegt eingebettet in herrlicher Natur , wir haben ein sehr gutes Frühstück genossen, wurden von Elisa sehr freundlich verwöhnt das ganze Hotel ist mit Naturholz eingerichtet man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Es ist alles sehr neu und gut ausgestattet Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel buchen

Viaggio di coppia, belle stanze, pulitissime, in una location sorprendente. La Spa è riservata è molto bella intima. Colazione veramente invidiabile, non manca nulla. Il personale è gentile e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite vista lago ed era assolutamente splendida. Staff estremamente cortese e disponibile, sono stata supportata in maniera impeccabile a fare una sorpresa per il compleanno del mio compagno.

We booked the hotel almost 2 months in advance. We booked 2 separate rooms. Upon our arrival, there were only 2 staff members at the reception and it was impossible to get the bags up because of how inconvenient their layout is. You have to climb up a set of 7-8 steps, and a rocky road to reach the hotel. After this already draining task the receptionist informed us about how their ACs aren’t working because of a thunderstorm the day prior, and how there isn’t anything he can do about it. If we knew this information a day prior, we wouldn’t have continued our stay in the hotel. The weather outside was 31-34° c and no one could’ve stayed a night without the AC. They gave us 2 rooms that did have AC but the temperature would’ve go below 23/24°c and it was as good as having no AC. The room was also much smaller than mentioned/shown in the pictures. The staff wasn’t helpful and upon a lot of convincing they said that they were able to get 4 of us 1 room at an extension of their hotel about 5-6 minutes away. We argued with them stating 1 room is clearly not enough for 3 adults and 15 year old, and that our booked was for 2 rooms, so it’s their responsibility to accommodate the same. Overall a terrible experience and the hotel had a complete lack of staff. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone else since the staff lack the basic courtesy to inform their clients about any problems occurring in the hotel which can clearly affect their stay. The extension of the hotel ended up being much better since it was recently renovated, had a better location & most importantly had a working AC which was a must during the summer here at Como.
