5 stars for this resort Truly a magical experience and glad that Trip had a good rate for it A walk in the resort grounds is the perfect way to start the day Room is huge and spacious, nice marble wall bathroom, balcony with table and chair, huge tv screen with good selection of programmes There’s Nespresso also with 4 complimentary capsules per day The staff service is awesome Will definitely return!

On arrival very friendly and informative, room service was fast and delicious, comfy bed very clean throughout with nice outdoor view on balcony. On leaving great service when handing in.key asking how was everything and if they could do anymore. Joondalup resort Thankyou and will in future do repeat business and recommend to friends, family and colleagues. :)

Lovely place to stay rooms are spacious and bed very comfy. Great service and food. Lots of things to do with a gym ,pool and Golf course. With a choice of Dining with 2 restaurants . Has a lovely outlook and scenery, a popular place to have your wedding.

An overnight stay in Room 107. Late to check in and early to check out so did not get the full advantage of the facility. Very comfortable bed, spacious room, outdoor setting directly outside the room overlooking the gardens. A few little maintenance issues, such as water damage in bathroom above shower/basin area which maybe from an upstairs room. Bar and snack staff very accommodating with providing late night food at closing time.

Ground’s stunning. Pool area looks fantastic and can see myself spending a long time in the pool area with warmer weather. Breakfast was nice but could do with a few more selections of fruit. Will be back for sure.

I was not the guest but my daughter in law was impressed that they even provided plates and cutlery for them to eat their takeaway. The rrsort called me to say tgere were still bags in the room and it was past checkout at 1000 by the time they returned to check out it was after 1100 but tgere was no penalty.

From the moment we first called the resort to see when we could check in, the service was outstanding. What a lovely place to relax and unwind. So close to Joondalup lakeside mall.. Which was amazing.. And a very easy place to navigate. The room was outstanding. Was warm though, and a separate sheet would've been good, instead of it incorporated into the quilt. My husband and I both sleep at different temps, so he thiught it was spot on. And I thiught it was a bit warm.. I don't like using air con needlessly, so that wasn't an option for me. The pool was lovely, I don't do public displays in togs very easily. So it just goes to show how inviting it was. All the staff were friendly, and we just had the best time. Looking forward to coming back.
