The residence has four apartments, all type 1, composed of a living room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC and free WI-FI access.The kitchen is equipped with a multi-function oven, a 2-burner induction hob, a microwave, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer combination, as well as everything you need for cook and eat meals.The living area is furnished with a convertible corner sofa or a fixed sofa with a living room table, TV stand and 120 cm flat screen TV, carpet and various decorations.The bedroom has a 140 cm bed, bedside tables, a cupboard with wardrobe and shelves, a valet and a foot mirror.The bathroom has a 90 cm shower with glass walls, a sink and its cabinet, a column and a suspended toilet. Located on the ground floor, this apartment is designed for four people. 「Je suis globalement satisfaite de l'hôtel, c'était la deuxième fois que j'y séjournais.
Je n'ai mis cependant que 3* à la propreté car les couverts et l'évier étaient plutôt douteux, pas certaine qu'ils aient été bien lavés par les clients précédents comme nous sommes supposés le faire.
3* pour le personnel, je m'explique : très aimable et professionnel, mais j'ai eu la désagréable impression de passer pour une menteuse quand j'ai voulu payer en Chèques vacances à l'arrivée. La personne de l'accueil m'a confirmé que ce mode de paiement était accepté uniquement en réservant directement auprès de la Résidence, ce que je veux bien croire, sauf que j'avais eu au téléphone avant de réserver, une autre personne de l'accueil qui m'avait affirmé que ce mode de paiement serait accepté auprès d'un partenaire comme booking ou autre (le tarif étant plus élevé en direct auprès de la Résidence) ; il suffisait dans ce cas de sélectionner un tarif ”modifiable”, de façon à ce que le montant de la CB soit juste bloqué en attendant le paiement lors de l'arrivée à la Résidence.
Alors bien que cela n'ait pas été pour moi un pb bloquant pour mon séjour, j'ai trouvé la répartie de la dame un peu blessante.
Il conviendrait de donner des informations fiables, parce que la possibilité de régler en chèques vacances peut être un critère de choix de l'établissement.
