Breakfast was great, hot water, confortable and clean bed, the heat was on! Perfect! Simple check-in, simple check-out! Parking was great! The stuff was very friendly and helpful, the coffe in the morning was delicious!

Clean, comfortable, and great staff. It looks... imposing... from the outside, but the inside was great. Reception were helpful, checkin swift and efficient, bar/restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Food: limited choice on the menu, but I stayed there for four nights, and ate in the restaurant each night with something difference each time. Portions are big, food was hot and fresh, service was excellent. Breakfast was fine, with an Austrian/German tilt to it (eg: plenty of choice of sausage!). Coffee excellent. OJ, although not freshly squeezed, was nice. Again, service good. Choice of three breads, a hot buffet, and a good choice of cold cuts. Room: temperature fine, duvets thing, although pillows were just OK. Nothing bad about them, just okay. Shower was awesome: huge, hot and good pressure. Plenty of power sockets, although no USB which surprised me. Wide choice of TV channels in all languages. Windows open for ventilation. Location: right next to the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet (well worth a visit), and next to the highway outside of town. Other restaurants nearby, including a KFC, all within a five minute walk. Free parking outside and around the back. Taxi to the airport is EUR 70 (it's cheaper to get an Uber, if you can find one nearby - I couldn't). If you want to pay the Taxi by credit card, tell reception when you ask them to call for it. Misc: wifi was free and easy to use, seemed fast enough for Netflix. Soap/shower gel in the bathroom was decent quality; towels plentiful and soft. Summary: I'd stay here again. Big shout out to the barman Peter (the older guy with the Austrian moustache) for his service skills.

在維也納附近超級漂亮的蓋塔威酒店。服務 vlt還沒有完全播放(誰在這麼年輕的酒店裏驚奇),爲此很友好,預先。我們收到了好建議,我們收到了我們的住(生日週末)的消息,並對每一個願望都作出了努力。設施很,風格很,牀是夢想,我們的室房很寬。吃飯(早餐和“其他”地圖)都很好吃,好做。在海灘和游泳池的地也很舒適和舒適。要強調的是,房間有頂端,我們沒有帶到(上午10點的早餐,全部裝備) 雖然我們有一間地下室-高!!!!我們要回去!

Very easy check in progress with pre check in available. The staff were the most friendly and helpful people. Breakfast was delicious and the selection was wide.We enjoyed our stay very much and looking forward to coming back sometime soon.

Alles super bis auf das Frühstückschaos und die Abende Wir waren mit unserer Großfamilie in Eisenstadt zu einem 30.Ten und 60.Ten Geburtstag. Das Frühstücksteam hat keinerlei System, wir haben an einem Samstag gefrühstückt, es gab mehrere Kellner und Kellnerinnen. Aber niemand hatte einen Überblick, keiner war für eine gewisse Station zuständig. Die Obst, Gemüsepresse ist genial, aber wenn sich niemand um Nachschub und Entleerung kümmert… dann nützt es NICHTS. Mehrere Familienmitglieder vermissten immer wieder verschiedenste Speisen, Croissants, Lachs, dunkles Gepäck, Aufstriche… ständig mussten Angestellte gebeten werden etwas aufzufüllen. Auf der ganzen Welt haben wir noch nie so einen desorganisierten Haufen gesehen. Super schönes neues Hotel, ein Chaos beim Frühstück. Niemand hat uns gefragt, ob wir da wohnen und nach unserer Zimmer Nr gefragt, so gesehen könnt ganz Eisenstadt da frühstücken. So schade ☹️ Der Wellnessbereich ist genial, den Zimmern fehlen nur Kästen….

酒店坐落在多瑙河畔，環境絕佳，客房寬敞，早餐豐盛，擁有獨立的停車場。 但是最不好的是淋浴間的花曬，出水沒有強度，這別說是五星級酒店，即使是經濟型酒店也不應該。

我們在酒店了我們瑞士的票,一切都沒問題,房間很簡單,現代裝修,但是一兩夜完全足夠,早餐很平衡。這一切有所不同,甚至可以自己製造幹,我的朋友很熱情,還要去外賣中心購物時的地點很棒。另外,從那裏可以很快去維也納或是海邊重新定居者。酒店工作人員非常友好,特別讚揚主及其同事史蒂夫。(不幸的是,我們不知道酒吧經理的名字。) 他們有這麼寬鬆的風格,以至於晚上在酒吧和他們談談很有趣,我們還在給他們一些好酒建議。我們已經在幾天裏感到滿意,只能提出一個建議。

一切都對酒店有益，房間又大又乾淨，工作人員很好而且樂於助人，但無線信號非常差並且總是斷開連接。

我最近的酒店住宿絕對令人愉快!從我走進大堂的那一刻起,我受到了熱情的微笑和卓越的服務。房間完美無瑕,可以欣賞到城市天際線的壯麗景色,以及我所希望的每一個設施。工作人員竭盡全力確保我的舒適,爲餐飲和當地景點提供了極好的推薦。免費早餐是我一天的美味開始,酒店的中心位置使探索城市變得輕鬆。我帶着一種放鬆和滿足的感覺離開了,我迫不及待地想回到這個美妙的機構。

This hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice, modern bar/lobby area. The breakfast was really good and we particularly enjoyed the fresh waffle machine. My only downside would be unless you were visiting the fair that there isn’t too much in the area. There was a local burger bar that was full so we struggled to find anywhere else to eat and wished we’d just eaten in the hotel in the end. A nice hotel but just be warned it’s in a very quiet (potentially business) district within the city.
