All we can say is "WOW!" This is a secret gem in Jerusalem. Now the secret it out. :) Want a small, clean, and appealing place to call home while you are in Israel? You will not find a nicer more cozy spot. The staff is amazing. Each goes above-and-beyond. They are led by Tony who is accessible and helpful beyond compare. Each morning a new array of breakfast treats are presented. We stay one week and had many new and wonderful surprises each morning. We can safely say that the home-cooked buffet was nothing short of amazing. The housekeeping staff also goes the extra mile. We often had our room freshened without even leaving our request card outside the door. They are great and the room was spotless. There is so much charm and warmth that you will have a great experience like we did. Also, the location is superb - just a short walk to First Station, and, a very modest walk to the Old City. We never tired of the views. Also, if you do book tours, the Ben Harim pick-up hotel is only about 10 minutes away. Everything within reach and everything you could want. This is a very special place with very special people. We were so glad it was our "home away from home." We would definitely go back. Tony and the team felt like family and made our stay special. It is one of the loveliest hotels in Israel, the view is superb, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is helpful and kind. The breakfast was generous and fresh. We have been to the hotel several times, and we always have a positive experience
