Sea U Jerusalem Mahane Yehuda Apartment Hotel

I had a very poor experience with this stay. The communication was horrible from the start. We requested an early check-in for religious reasons (Chabbat), but they were completely inflexible and refused. To make matters worse, they also didn’t allow for a late check-out after Shabbat, which caused a lot of stress. The person in charge was not customer-service oriented at all – they provided no help and seemed only concerned about taking the money. The apartment itself wasn’t great, and there are definitely much better options out there for the same or even lower price. I would not recommend staying here.
