Staff was nice but we stayed 5 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We had to remove our own trash and used towels. We also had to ask for our toiletries as we ran out.

Our stay was made much better by the great staff. No matter what time of the day or night the staff was always kind and willing to help. The area around the hotel was peaceful and clean. We never heard our fellow travelers through the walls. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was well stocked and always more variety than I expected. Our next visit to Kentucky will include a stay at the Fairfield in Jeffersonville.

Friendly, accommodating staff and comfy room that was quiet! Only issue was they ran out of some items at breakfast but understandable as they were fully booked for our Music Fest. Definitely will stay again next time!

The toilet seat had melted plastic marks and just sat on the toilet rim. We were charged full price after 1st day. They told us our triple A applied to entire stay. NO it didn’t Also, when we arrived for check in there was computer issues, so apparently our Triple A was never applied. The discount to 1st day was given fir booking my stay. Very unhappy with the way charges were done it was just Thank you would you like your receipt? Disappointed i realized after we were in tiad to back home we did not het out triple A discount for overall visit

Quick checkin. Keys were ready. The room is clean and several restaurants in walking distance.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However we were put into a handicap room. Not really what I was looking for. Then we had a breaker blow killing power to one half room. They switched us rooms to another handicap accessible room (not sure why on this). Everything worked. Bed was extremely uncomfortable I could feel springs in mattress. Next morning we tried to eat breakfast and they had nothing to put together. Cereal with no milk, no spoons, no butter or syrup for waffles, no toaster, no cream cheese, no orange juice. So not many options of what to eat/drink when you don’t have two and two to go together. Only thing great was pool area and hot tub.

Breakfast was not comparable to others. Poor choices and staff did not refill items, even though there was an hour left of breakfast

The front desk kept calling us reporting neighbors reported we were being loud, when it wasn’t us. In the morning, the breakfast povisions were constantly running out, what food was left was HORRIBLE, and the limited wait staff were unprofessional, unkempt and slow. The garbage was overflowing and there were no actual plates, just paper. The Shower drain was disgusting and the accommodations were dirty.
